As of Sunday I was 34 weeks. We made it, we made our first goal. And sadly-ish our only goal. At 34+1 day I had the twins via emergency c-section. My heart rate was going up to seizer status and they couldn't bring it back down. So they had me deliver yesterday! Baby A: Charlotte Renee Taylor Born on: 11/07/16 Born at: 12:52 Weight: 3lbs 3oz Baby B: Cheyenne Pearl Taylor Born on: 11/07/16 Born at: 12:54 Weight: 5lbs 2oz Both girls are doing great for being premature. They both have been breathing on their own since birth! afternoon Charlotte got transferred to a hospital that has a better NICU, she's about an hour away from us. Because of her size they're worried about an intestine infection that happens in small preemies her size. I don't remember what it's called. She's doing great and the hospital they're at does a milk bank donation system so today she started breastmilk from that till I can start pumping which will hopefully will start tonight now that I'm off IVs. Cheyenne stayed at the hospital were at, she's been given some formula till I can pump. Both of them are on IVs for food, but started at 5cc of the milks. Charlotte unfortunately has jaundice, I'm not too worried about it since it is slightly common and she's at such a good NICU. Today I got to hold Cheyenne for a few hours. I only have been able to give Charlotte a quick kiss and a rub on the knee before they took her. My husband got to go see her today. It's hard to be away, it does make me feel like a bad mom. But I know it's whats best for her. That's it for now. I'll answer questions if anyone has any. But yeah I'm doing great and both girls are looking amazing for the situation.
