Essentially, a Transethnic being who believes:
One must experience a disconnect between one's perceived ethnic/cultural identity and one's true ethnic/cultural identity.
Be experiencing dysphoria due to that misidentification and disconnect, and/or experiencing euphoria when exploring one's true ethnic/cultural identity and being identified as it.
Does not believe medical/physical transition is required, but does uphold the idea that one should desire (or enact) social transition, mental transition, etc.
Combined Transethnic and Transcultural under one flag, as these two experiences are quite similar and often referred to as the same.
