John, George and Ringo give Paul the birthday bumps for his 21st birthday. I think these photos must have been taken on the 17th June, the day before Paul’s birthday as that’s the date of the Beatles photoshoot with Dezo Hoffmann in London, after which they returned to Liverpool for Paul’s birthday party the following night.
