Hey! Through the tag I was able to find your answer about unhealthy ENFP's. First of all I'd like to thank you for the detailed explanation, I felt understood! I've found out about MBTI a little time ago, and I used to think I was an INFP. After studying more I know now that I'm an ENFP, probably unhealthy. Any tips for me on how to recover?
Hey, glad to see that the tags were useful!
INFP: Fi-Ne-Si-Te
ENFP: Ne-Fi-Te-Si
If you thought you were an INFP and now think you are an ENFP, it could be that your Te was/is underdeveloped, and that your cognitive function balance seemed out of order. To develop Te, you could:
1. Make a journal dedicated to writing your thoughts down. Make goals for yourself and try to accomplish them, detailing your journey through it. Try and be as clear and concise with your wording as possible.
2. Debate with others. If you know another Te user this is especially helpful, as you get to see their Te in action. Adjust your world view and sharpen your logic skills.
3. Read a new book on theories. Pick it apart–see where the logic is convoluted and check for factual inaccuracies.
I hope this helps, and thanks for checking out the blog!
