Let us intriduce you Asha. Asha, 6 years old, is from Mozambique and was born with cataracts in both eyes. She had no vision in her right eye and only some peripheral vision in her left. Her cataracts made it painful to expose her eyes to bright light and she was often bullied. Asha was really looking forward to having her operation: βIβll be treated, then I will be well!β . .
