TDB 2022 Brief - A tribute to the unparalleled legacy. This year’s competition aims at creating a memorial for Ar. Charles Correa. With a profoundly rooted context consisting of one of Correa’s most celebrated works, the design can be either dialogue with it or a structure of gratitude. The design must stand testimony to Correa’s work. The program does not restrict itself to any specific built-up area, functional utility, or occupancy rate. Work in progress. This month's character design challenge is "animal skatepark." I really wanted to draw some sort of bird and decided on a rooster. I originally wanted it to have an epic long tail but I couldn't get that to work, so I settled on some long tufts coming off the head. I wanted to play around with textures with the ink. So far I like it.
