[2025-11-25] A walk along Derwent Edge on a lovely autumn day. This is the Salt Cellar with views over Ladybower Reservoir to Bleaklow. A great walk on this sunny but cold day.

[2025-07-07] A cloudy day that improved as the sun came out. A walk up Derwent Edge from Ladybower Reservoir. This is a great edge with some interesting rocks. The image is of Back Tor with the trig point on top of the rocks.

(2025-02-03) View from the Derwent Edge. Walk from Fairholms. Initially walked around to the east side of the reservoir, then climbed uphill to the edge. A great walk along the edge past the well known rock features to Back Tor, lunch. From here walked to Lost Lad and then down the ridge to get back to Ladybower and around the road to Fairholms.

(2024-03-31) Last day of March 2024 - Easter Sunday. This is Abbey Clough. A walk up from FAirholms to Lost Lad and Back Tor in the mist. Then north onto the top of Abbey Brook, also in the mist. Needed some navigation skills here. But sun came out as descending Abbay Brook. Maybe Easter Day but very few people out until the mass of people back at Fairholms.

(2024-03-18) Derwent Edge. Walk from Fairholms down the reservoir and then climb up the path to Wheel Stones. From here a walk up Derwent Edge past all the notable roacks, White Tor, Salt Cellar, Dovestone Tor, Cakes of Bread, Back Tor. They are doing some environmental work up on the moors by Back Tor at present. Then down via Lost Lad, and descend to Derwent Reservoir, and a walk back to Fairholms.
