Dermatographism in whump
SKIN WRITING IN WHUMP!!!! I NEED THIS RN
i legit found only one thing about it on tumblr (the only place i read/post whump) and like HELLO??? the possibilities in whump for this!
i have Dermatographia so i know first hand that simply having it can sometimes feel like whump. for me at least my skin would sometimes be burning, itchy, inflamed, flaring up at the slightest contact, reacts most harshly to weather and slightest temperature changes, i would itch my skin off if i don't notice that the skins raw, welts, rashes, swelling, and have hives. (idk how it is for other ppl bc i don't really talk with others about it since the mass majority of people want to go out their way to touch my skin moments after i inform them of the harsh reactions my skin can have from it's condition and all that)
whumper that dosn't know of whumpee's condition:
after giving them a drug they think they gave them too high a dosage or might have given the wrong one.
whumper noticing whumpees skin/wound isn't healing right.
whumpee keeps getting these scratch marks all over them.
whumper finding out through caretaker worrying about whumpee.
whumpee gate-keeping their condition to
whumper that takes advantage of whumpee's condition:
whumpee being forced to stay in a damp dingy basement/dungeon
changing temperatures often favoring the summer heat because whumpee's sweat burns their already inflamed skin more.
whumper scrubbing whumpee with terrablly rough surfaced objects that both cut and irritate whumpee's exposed skin
just a rough beating hurts worse so long as there's unnecessary contact
whumpee being forced to take medicine/whumpee being denied medicine
whumper with the condition:
whumpee fights back maybe gets a good hit in maybe they just put their hand on whumper's face/arm and now the skin is fairing up
whumper constantly washing their hands before/after handling whumpee (even better if whumpee's gross and disgusting)
orrr whumper's dungeon/lair/cell/basement is far too clean to even imagine the horrors whumpee goes through in their.
whumper keeping whumpee bandaged and clean not because they want them to look good but because their nose gets puffy at the smell of their stuffy air and skin hives up at every finger they lay on whumpee.
whumper never touches whumpee directly always wearing gloves or getting their lackies/henchman to do it for them
whumper always having inflamed patterns on their skin and whumpee thinks they might also be a whumpee.
whumper that has a big bad whumper above them that pokes fun at their condition and they take their anger out on whumpee.
whumper that doesn't give a fuck about their condition and whumpee is disgusted with how gross their attacker's skin looks.
