It had been a rough few days trying to get into a schedule of studying after the finals got over because I still need to sit for my college entrance exams. (Also, I just attempted to make poached egg for the first time and it turned out really great, Iām proud)

Exercise is anything that elevates your heart rate or takes your body outside of its normal comfort zone- you donāt have to go to a gym to do either one
Donāt use exercise as an excuse to eat junk! Bad food decisions donāt cancel out.Ā
Yoga/stretching is the easiest way to get your blood flowing with minimal effort
Running or biking is a close secondĀ
Consistency is way more important than cramming in 3 miles in one day
if youāre doing cardio, follow up with a cool down stretch or light jog. Take care of yourself!!
Exercise after your school/workday is over (instead of taking a nap). Youāll have more energy to tackle homework, and youāll get a better nightās sleep.Ā
Make a playlist filled with super bright and obnoxious songs. Works every time.
If you use the Pomodoro method to study, try to fit yoga/stretching into the breaks.Ā
IfĀ āregularā exersize isnāt your thing:
Take 5-10 minutes to dance enthusiastically in your room, thatās so much better than nothing.Ā
Get creative with your friends. Instead of meeting for coffee, go on a hike, frisbee in the park, etc.Ā
Small things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator do add up.Ā
If you drive, park a little farther away.
Keep track of your steps. My phoneās health app has a pedometer but theyāre really cheap on amazon- please donāt splurge on a Fitbit.Ā

100 Intentional Things Challenge
ages and ages ago i got an ask about how i manage to be productive every single day. since then iāve done a lot of thinking about productivity and about life in general, and my mindset has changed. my focus have shifted fromĀ ādo something productive every dayā toĀ ādo something intentional every dayā. hence this challenge!
iāve been doing this for about five weeks now, but i thought it would be nice to make an actual challenge out of it, both to share it with all of you and to give my social media posting some structure. so here is what iām thinking:
much like 100 days of productivity, this is a 100 day challenge - but feel free to adapt it however you want (intentional october ?? anyone ?? just me ?? okay)
the nameĀ ā100 intentional thingsā is slightly misleading, butĀ ā100 days of at least 1 intentional thing per dayā is hella long - and look at it this way, if you complete the 100 days, youāll have done at least 100 intentional things
āintentionalā for me can mean something planned, but it can also mean something i decide in the moment. spending a day in bed because i need a rest day is something i would class as intentional, whereas ending up spending the day in bed because iām scrolling tumblr and am too lazy to get up and do the things iād planned, is not something iād class as intentional - you get my gist ??
feel free to post a picture of you doing your intentional thing (be it studying, binging netflix, sleeping or whatever), also feel free to just write a little text post about it, and tag itĀ ā100 intentional thingsā
also obviously feel free to do more than one intentional thing per day !! most days you will. but we all need rest days, or have days where weāre just not up for much. in that case, one intentional thing is enough
and thatās it !! just do at least one intentional thing per day and let us know about, easy as that x
