what does the flag stand for?:

purple: the mysterious nature of it. you cant put it into words, in a way it defies explanation on purpose. but as much as you may fail to explain it, it is still there.

grey: the mix of static and ever changing. like a stone it remains as it is. but as a stormcloud it changes its shape to the whims of nothing but itself. its hard to grasp but it doesnt dissipate

yellow: a positive feeling that comes from your gender. a feeling that your gender may comfort you when youre feeling inadequate or just generally not feeling well

green: the calming nature of knowing that there is something for you - even if it isnt entirely comprehensible. a connection to nature in a way - this gender is as natural to you as breathing.

black stripes: the “nah thats not it” that comes with it. specificly the denial of traditional genders, but can also be a denial of any gender labels put on you bc “no thats not fucking it”. the middle stripe specificly represents the protectiveness you feel towards your gender, and the way your gender is a protection for you. its harshness can be in conflict with its positivity, but in some ways its also a manifestation of it. the stripes on grey represent the denial of gender labels mentioned earlier.

white circle: this is mostly personal - when i feel it strongly, it feels like a white hot ball of energy in my chest. can be left out or altered to fit the person using it. the individual nature of this gender

who can use it?: 

its not exclusive to neurodivergent people - but made with neurodivergence in mind to a large degree. 

why delphic?: 

its an adjective! delphic means: oracular, obscure and ambiguous - its also a synonym of all these words and they just screamed “yep thats this” at me

if delphic as a term doesnt do it for you, you can of course use a more personal term for your own experience, while still having a delphian gender! a large part of delphian genders is the individuality that comes with it. delphic is intended as both a group term and a possible individual term.

anything else?: 

im not entirely happy with this definition because i dont feel this explains it well enough yet? i dont think ill ever be satisfied with any definition, but i will attempt to make it more understandable if i ever find the words to do so! right now its v.1 should anything change in the future ill not it under which version is the most recent.
