My sister so had told me that evolution can also be achieved through strong bonds, relationships, or feelings that you have finally achieved to show. Somtimes you honestly didn't even know you wanted to evolve until you finally have evolved is what she said... My sis is a Delacatty like you, except well... She gets mad when I talk about her, conditions as she calls it."
