tricky question... are we counting aquatic ones? Sticking to the land, as much of a cliche answer as it is, probably Deinonychus (Jurassic Park raptors) - it's at least where my mind's going to initially, second to maybe Stegosaurus? Was a big fan of the Astrosaurs book series as a kid, and the main character in those was a Stego, so they've kinda stuck with me. I swear I didn't have to look up the actual name Honourable mention to the big T, though, of course. As a transformers fan I'd be committing a cardinal sin by not appreciating the king
