De Gea Sends Support to Kinsky After Nightmare Champions League Debut with Spurs
David de Gea, the Fiorentina goalkeeper, has sent a message of support to Tottenham Hotspur’s young shot-stopper Antonin Kinsky after the Czech keeper endured a difficult night in his first UEFA Champions League appearance.
Kinsky made two early mistakes that led to goals for Atletico Madrid and was substituted just 16 minutes into the match as Spurs suffered a 5-2 away defeat in the first leg of their Champions League Round of 16 clash on Tuesday.
After the game, De Gea — who has vast experience playing at the highest level as a goalkeeper — posted an encouraging message. He said that anyone who has never แทงบอล stood between the posts will never truly understand how difficult and pressure-filled the position can be.
The Spanish veteran also urged Kinsky to keep his head up and continue fighting, expressing confidence that the young goalkeeper will come back stronger from the experience.
Kinsky, a 22-year-old Czech goalkeeper, joined Tottenham earlier last year. The match against Atletico marked his first appearance in the Champions League, but it unfortunately ended in a disappointing and short-lived debut.
