If I were to rewrite/rework the arc and family tree I would make tangleburr or deerfoot family-less. (funfact according to warrior wiki tangle and deer are in the darkforest)

Deerfoot, Tangleburr, and Runningnose, Brokenstar’s shitty foster siblings! I feel like out of the three, Runningnose was the first to realize just how horrible their treatment of him was and did his best to change, while Deer and Tangle stood by their unjustified hatred for him. I genuinely feel like when they died, they ended up in the Dark Forest because they denied having anything to do with Brokenstar’s development into a tyrannical monster, and that lack of acceptance was their downfall.
