Here is Tears the Deep gnome monk/stardruid

Found a orphan by a runaway virtuous gith who raised her as his own in a small Dwarven village.

While her mentor taught her to not feel doubt about being different and the village welcoming them she still fought for a belonging, thats where she found her love of the stars her mentor would look up at so often and name her after.

She'd call on the stars for power to help her fight off whatever theif tried to terrorize her home or the people in it making her quite a hero.

Would be a shame if something swept her up from that home and showed her how much of a outsider she is

It is interesting to me how the story shifts when seen from a specific character's perspective though.

For my own dark elf warlock Deimos, the in-game story is like this:

A runaway warlock gets lucky as he stumbles upon this starting-up party.

Only five days later his warlock patron Vannatir finds him. (!!! x_____X)

Thankfully Deimos persuades his patron to let him stay with this powerful group. (Absolutely nerve-wracking moment!! x_____X Persuading an archdevil is not easy!)

Vannatir added a condition; Once the party is strong enough, missions need to be carried out on his orders.

Joked about making a drow hating character for Out of the Abyss if Veeda dies and I need a new character to play as, she’s doing just fine but I kinda want another svirfneblin so I made him anyway

This REALLY disappointed me, like why is a deep gnome talking to a deep gnome like they're not also a deep gnome?
