Mandala of Geometric Serenity
Find your path back to peace through the simplicity of form. This design offers a clear, uncluttered focal point for those looking to deepen their meditation. As you observe the balance, feel your breath settle and your heart rate slow. Let this geometric beauty serve as a reminder that within every structure, there is a place of absolute, quiet stillness.
How to Practice Mandala Meditation
Mandala meditation is a form of visual "tratak" (fixed-gaze meditation). Find a comfortable, seated position where you can keep your spine straight. Place the image at eye level, roughly two feet away. Breathe deeply and rhythmically. Soften your gaze—do not stare intensely, but rather let your eyes relax, allowing the image to become the only focal point. As you look at the center, let the radial patterns draw your focus inward. If your mind wanders to thoughts, gently acknowledge them and guide your attention back to the symmetry of the image. Aim for 5 to 10 minutes of uninterrupted observation to reset your mental state.
