Pure speech: words are like seeds we plant in our life's garden. What would you like to grow around you. Thought about this quite a bit lately. All of the election hubbub and toxicity swirling in the air I've found myself judging, shaming and sometimes snarling when seeing those flags. Catching myself and shifting my thoughts back to my real self and soul patterns. Politics can be very disarming in this way. I think that's why it's so hard for some of us women to be involved w it. We really down deep wish to love and nurture everything and grow constantly. But I am plowing thru it for my children and to assist in this shift further. Big big shifts in our human race rt now. Kinda gorgeous. All growth comes thru step by step action. Watch your words, try to stay conscious about them..take a pause. Its rough since the pandemic, weve all been holding in so much for so long in our isolation. Words can tumble out excitedly or passionately w a little less restraint.
