The first image I will present to you, today, is one from Ramon Dompor. I have known Ramon since college, where we worked together breifly.
This is a wonderful image, the composition is great and it's exciting to see a person hanging in mid air with such a great landscape in the background. What I really admire Ramon for, though, is his consistency in style and laser-focused subject matter.

The next image is from Debi Cornwall.
She has recently completed two projects about Guantanamo Bay: Gitmo at Home, Gitmo at Play and Gitmo for Sale. You can tell that Debi was once a lawyer by her exacting look at the environment that surrounds this controversial prison and by the fact that she has been able to provide such access to such a convoluted system.
When she takes to Instagram, though, her images are much more dreamy and whimsical. If you have a look back in her feed, you can see that it isn't just the lawyer part of her personality that makes these wonderful images.

Finally, we have the work of Misha Freidman
As he points out in his caption, Misha's images become more interesting the more you look at them. There are many aspects to discover and many that aren't apparent at first glance. The mannequin, sitting prudently in a white dress, almost covers the sign advertising instruments of a more viceful nature. You then notice the twisted arm and the red book with a dirty cover, sitting in her lap.
It took me more than two years to notice what the sign behind the mannequin says: handcuffs, whips, black wigs, bells and fiddlesticks. #bolshoitheatre, #newyorkerphoto
