Deatherman (2012)Ive seen Bobby Kellers Mini Golf Massacre eons ago and its home made humor inspired me in many of my own projects. I'm ashamed to admit this is the first time I've watched his flagship Deatherman .Its much better than I expected , umm that sounds bad. I was expecting a movie like killer nerd where a loser snaps and kills people but this movie gets super weird. Its super short so Bobby left online for free now as he teases a sequel. Its a self aware homage to low res 80s Shot on video horror movies, bad editing, bad sound and short. The cast are funny and smart while staying in the limited realm of a crack pot original shot on video horror film. Funny kills and a super weird premise that keeps talking about acid rain, just like we all did in the 80s. Look out for the chef that appears in it he is secretly genius.
