Vixi! Após muitas suspeitas, a Warner Bros. Discovery finalmente anunciou que não irá realizar uma nova edição do DC FanDome em 2022.
Criado em 2020, o evento teve duas edições onde foram reveladas muitas novidades a respeito de filmes, séries e HQs da DC Comics. A empresa soltou um comunicado ao Pop Verse, explicando que a decisão se deve à volta dos eventos presenciais:
“A Warner Bros. Discovery está empolgada em poder se envolver com os fãs ao vivo nas várias comic-cons ao redor do mundo e não vai agendar um DC FanDome para 2022.”
Muitos fãs já esperavam a noticia, visto que teve uma reformulação da DC dentro da Warner Bros. Discovery. Lembrando que a empresa está reorganizando essa divisão, o que gerou o cancelamento de projetos como o filme da Batgirl e da nova animação do Batman, além do adiamento de filmes como Shazam 2 e Aquaman 2.
Vale ressaltar que a empresa não confirmou se o evento será extinto de vez.
