Am I being too much of a hater if I say I'm worried about the JonJay webtoon? Historically DC's outsourced media has been bad and ooc - Wayne family adventures, the outlaws WT. But even the supersons graphic novel and Picolo's graphic novel. Like the team already got called out for making Jay pale and white. Kinda strange imo if you can't even get one of the main characters skin colours correctly. There's just this trend on taking good characters and writing washed fanon versions of them and I really don't want to deal with that in the fandom any more tbh. Like I don't want them to turn Jon and Jay from a cute, cringe young love to like a 2010s badly written tumblr yaoi that every fight or doubt will end in them some how being all self aware and therapy speaking each other through arguments. I don't want it. So yeah I'm worried for the new Jonjay webtoon
