Pros of living in gotham: artdeco x gothic architecture... You often hear jazz around the city... It has the one the best theatres... cold hazy weather... cheap rent... wayne insurances... no aliens or demons... night urban vibrancy...
Safety script for gotham: won't end up in arkham neither my friends... water filter and enough food... The city is not that dirty and full of disease as it looks... Street gangs are controlled and the mobs/mafias protect the civilians... won't get hearing damage or just any serious damage... can survive explosions, crashes and shootings...
