Anyone else notice a severe plot hole in the episode? Specifically about the whole Fort Pemberton scene. Lucy and Hank both explain that Fort Pemberton has "no internet access" (J'onn J'onzz, 1x15, 27:59), which is why Indigo needed Mathers, who she would use as a way in. When Mathers is actually in the silo and his phone rings, he says, "There's reception in here?" (1x15, 28:32) and the officer beside him replies, "There shoudn't be." (1x15, 28:35) This is all fine, until after the nuke scene. Kara drops her phone at some point, and there's still a call ongoing on it. Unless the DEO has some serious cell range and Kara's phone is special issue, the call should have cut off. What's more, Indigo reaches through the phone and strangles Winn, who is planning to plant a virus in Indigo. Reminder, there's NO INTERNET ACCESS. Unless Indigo herself acts as a router of some kind or can transport herself in ways other than simply Internet (maybe like Livewire and electricity), Winn should not have been able to plant that virus, regardless of his ability to learn her coding and track her signal. Furthermore, human technology was already shown not to be as advanced at Kryptonian technology, who used the Coluans as super computers. Our computers don't share any of the same coding, and wouldn't be in sync with a living computer like Brainiac 8. Unless some super-computer genius can show me this isn't an issue (I'm very willing to listen, I actually want to be wrong here), then I'm convinced this was a major plothole in this most recent episode, in which they gave a total contradiction, or they refused to explain how this actually worked despite everyone saying in the show it wouldn't.
