yk usually i dont really give a shit about fancasting, especially since i usually disagree with a lot of popular fancasts (hudson williams nightwing, jenna ortega raven, etc) but i would genuinely kill to see shane topp as booster gold. if there was a button that said that if i pressed it, shane topp would be cast as booster gold but all of colorado would disappear, id press it without thinking twice.
I saw someone unironically fantastic Jacob Elordi as Jason todd. And I have no original thoughts I guess because I have been planning a "Worst fancasts that make at least a little bit of sense." With him as jay with my reasoning being "Was Frankenstein, Tall. Was a disgrace in wurthering heights which Jason can relate to in writing."
and because it fits my crack idea of Jacob as Bruce and/or Oscar Issac as bruce
though it would be better if they went the marvel route of who tf is this guy? He was in a few things and was mediocre? Hired.
I cant hold it back anymore. Any time I catch myself envisioning Nightwing I picture him looking like Jonathon Bailey. Or more so a cross between him and the guy who played dick in titans. Idk when this happened. I think the big brother energy he exudes in bridgerton kinda just took over.
But I haven't seen anyone else ever mention him as their fancast and I get it bc we want a younger dick grayson but like as a late 20s/early 30s dick grayson it fits so well.
Maybe it's because my Ghosts (US) hyperfixation is going brr but I feel like Asher Grodman would make a pretty good Hal Jordan

It's really been bothering me how every other member of the Gotham City Sirens has made an appearance onscreen in the DC Universe but not Poison Ivy! Her relationship with Harley Quinn is central to Harley's character - so why hasn't she made any appearances yet? Anyway I think Mia Goth would be the perfect choice to play (it's right there in her name). She's statuesque, beautiful, can do a great southern accent and is amazingly talented at playing complex characters! Please Hollywood gods make it happen ๐
Just saw someone fancast Christopher Judge as Darkseid and it might actually be one of the best fancasts I have ever seen in my life.
