If I'm lucky, then tomorrow morning when I wake up there should be a brand new Day Designer waiting at my front door!!!
I've been trying to figure out what to do for planners right now, as right now the only one I'm firmly committed to is my Sugar Paper academic planner.
In terms of academics and work projects, it's perfect. The monthly calendar is spacious, which is followed by a weekly goals/to-do list on the left, and the week itself on the right. It's a great breakdown for the specifics when it's devoted solely to the aforementioned.
Instead of trying to figure out how to cram the rest of life in there, I'm going to keep the Sugar Paper planner assignment-specific, while the Day Designer will encompass everything.
I almost always have this silly notion that I need to keep everything inside one single planner, and it always backfires on me. I'm hoping that if I try a two-planner system, then it'll keep me from planner-hopping and and overanalyzing all the options I keep bouncing between throughout the years.
