This dress is a survivor and so am I. 🤍 I had it custom tailored at David's Bridal, and they told me it was one of the most beautiful gowns they had ever worked on. Every crystal, every feather, it still feels like magic to wear it. But the accessories? They're gone. That rhinestone "money" clutch and the matching heels were lost in the fire that took my motorhome along with an out building. It’s strange to look at this photo and realize how much can change in a moment. Is it a curse that I lost almost everything I owned in that fire? Or is it a miracle that I survived? I choose to believe it’s a miracle. The dress was safe, and more importantly, so was I. Some things can be replaced. Life cannot. ✨
