The event was linked to PM Modi's grand ceremony in Pachpadra, where he:

🛢️ Inaugurated the ₹79,459 crore HPCL Rajasthan Refinery 🚇 Laid foundation for Jaipur Metro Phase-II (₹13,037 crore) ✈️ Unveiled Jodhpur Airport Terminal 🔗 Launched Modified UDAN scheme

Colonel Rathore's Words:

"Development is reaching every corner of the state. BJP doesn't just lay foundation stones — we complete and inaugurate projects."

And he's right. The refinery was announced in 2013 — but completed NOW.

PM Modi's Message:

"This refinery will create permanent employment for thousands. Congratulations to Rajasthan's youth!"
