I think that's her "I'm feeling myself" aka "I look GOOD" outfit, so she reposted it.
And yes, she posted IG stories wearing the same outfit in Paris. It IS a pretty cute date outfit: jeans so as to not look too dressy, but then pairing it with the pretty Chanel-like jacket to fancy it up, bonus-it matches her eyes, the sexy white camisole/tank top with a wee hint of cleavage, and the oversized aviator glasses for a touch of cool. I get why she would wear it more than once. It's kind of a perfect date outfit.
As for trying to decipher the reflection in her sunglasses. Um, why are you asking ME. You can see for yourself, right? Zoom works for everyone. Looks like a bunch of people around the restaurant. Her face is turned at an angle, there would be no way to see who is sitting directly across from her anyway.
