Click on the “Schedule” button, typically located at the top right corner of the interface. 

Assign a clear and descriptive name for easy identification. 

Choose the desired output format—either PDF or PPT. 

Decide whether to include a single page or multiple pages in the output. 

Choose how often the report should be sent—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or a Custom interval. 

If “Custom” is selected, define the specific date range for the schedule. 

Select the start date using the calendar and set the time in a 24-hour format 

Enter the email addresses of team members or clients who should receive the scheduled reports.​ 

Click on “Schedule” to activate the scheduling process. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the schedule has been successfully set up.
