I absolutely love how in the DaS comic, you use the different linework (I think that's the word, sorry I am 0% artist) style/stuff to show when they're shooting and when they're not. And how in page 9 panel 1 of the last update, was Karkat's hand starting to look more like the not-acting style? Idk. I'm making no sense. Sorry. Your gamkar gives me life. yeah.

I like the way you shift between sharp, textured brushstrokes and a softer, smoother style in the comic version of the Pale pornstar AU, and how it emphasizes the shifts between Karkat's stage persona and his real self's feelings. You are doing an amazing job on the entire thing, wow.
You guys are super sweet! *smooches* Yes, the style thing was 100% intentional, and yes, his hand does soften into the "real-life" style for that panel. Karkat in the story is specifically startled as an actor, not just as a character, so I thougt it would be appropriate! Any time you see a panel where it goes all soft in the middle of a scene, that means Karkat is getting shaken out of character for a second and it is fully intentional. UwU
I have to write like three essays tonight but I'm within one or two pages of another DaS update, so there should be more comic pages in the next few days! :D
