As I was re - reading Night Play, I always come back to the scene where Vane asked for dating advice from Julian and Kyrian. The two were not helpful at all. 😂
So for fun I used Vane's "How did you meet your wife?" question to every Main character so far. I had fun doing this I also did this all from memory so I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Julian - My brother the sex god cursed me into a book for two thousand years. Grace got drunk on her birthday and summoned me out of it.
Kyrian - I woke up handcuffed to Amanda.
Talon - Saved Sunshine from a Daimon attacked then I got hit by a Madi Gras float.
Zarek - Woke up in Astrid's Cabin. She was judging my fate.
Wulf - Also saved Cassandra from Daimons in a bar then got her pregnant in our dreams.
Vane - (met) - While guarding Talon's mate.
(officially) - Met in Bride's store, bought her a gift, she cried, comforted her then had sex with her at the store's changing room.
Valerius - Tabitha stabbed me.
Alexion - I was tasked in killing Danger's Darkhunter comrade.
Wren - In Sanctuary bar. Maggie was patron at the bar with her dick friends.
Ravyn - Susan rescued me from getting neutered.
Arik - (Dream) - Meg was naked in a chocolate river.
(officially) - Made a deal to become human then she saved me from drowning.
Sin - Kidnapped Katra, In my defense I thought she was her mother.
Aidan - Leta came to me in my cabin asking for my help.
Xypher -Daimons also handcuffed me to Simone.
Acheron - Humiliated Tory in a public conference but she retaliated with a hammer at our next meeting.
Stryker - Accidentally frightened Zephyra at a fishing dock.
Jericho - Delphine was captured in Asmodeus. Azura then gave her to me as a bribe.
Fang - In her family bar, Aimee was the waitress.
Dev - We flirted with each other during my shift.
Sundown - Abigial tried to kill me with a group of Daimons.
Ren - Saved Kateri in her lab.
Seth - Found Lydia lurking in Asmodeaus then I took her to my room.
Styxx - I was injured, Bethany nursed my wounds. We both hid our true identities from each other.
Cadegan - Josette got stuck in a mirror. I saved her from the realm's creatures.
Maxis - In a drinking hut, while Seraphina and her Amazon sisters where finding a mate.
Illarion - In a festival.
Falcyn - Also in Sanctuary where Medea demanded my Dragonstone to save her people.
Urian - We were bestfriends.
