Only a fool would assume they made no mistakes and an imbecile fail to learn from them. Henry Creel was neither a fool nor an imbecile, regardless of what Holly Wheeler and those smallminded children may think.
Of course he knew that Holly had run into the woods. With a mind as powerful as his, it was easy to track her movements towards the cave, even if he wasn't physically present to see them. Holly Wheeler was also no star actress. It was obvious in her eyes that her opinion of kind-hearted Mr. Whatsit had changed since he had left her on the front steps that morning.
No matter. She is but a child, and a clueless one at that.
If she cannot be trusted alone, even with all of the wonderful dresses and toys and entertainment that she could desire, then he would simply find other ways to fill her time. Other people to occupy her attention.

You were an easy target. A newcomer to Hawkins, only here as a college teaching aid for one of the middle school English classes, you were a stranger to most of the town. Only stopping at the grocery long enough to grab some microwave meals and some milk for your cereal, most of the parents thought you standoff-ish. After a class period spent pouring over Barrie's Peter Pan, the kids were entirely convinced you were some kind of crazy cat lady (even though you didn't own any pets). Along with your tragically empty love life, it was all to easy for Henry to infiltrate your life, and your mind along with it.
You were reading And Then There Were None on a park bench when you first saw him, though he had been watching you nearly all day. In his brown vest and dress pants, reading the newspaper on a nearby bench, he looked like he had stepped directly off of your page. A man with such taste, and the confidence in his posture, was surely out of your league, if not married. Besides, you had to refresh your memory on this chapter before writing your class's quiz tomorrow.
"It's a shame she passed away."
Your head snaps up to the tall man in front of you. You hadn't noticed him walking towards you.
"I- I'm sorry?" Mentally, you were kicking yourself for stumbling over your words. What a great first impression, now you definitely have no shot.
"Agatha Christie. She passed away a couple years ago," the man says, pointing at your book and smiling coyly when you look at the cover with him. "It's a real shame; I always loved her books."
You awkwardly smile at him, "Oh yeah! Sorry, I tend to get lost in my own little world sometimes, you know?." At your remark, something sparkles in his eyes. Okay, maybe I'm not a total idiot.
"Oh, trust me, I understand what you mean entirely. May I sit?," he gestures to the bench.
You stare at him for a minute, lost in the sound of his chuckle and the sight of his eyes. "Oh! Oh, yeah, sure!" You move over on the bench to let him sit down. He takes his hat off and relaxes next to you.
For a minute, you both are completely silent. He leans his head back on the seat, enjoying the crisp fall air.
"Um, I bet I can guess which of her books is your favorite! The Man in the Brown Suit, right," you smile nervously, playing with the hem of your shirt. Stupid, stupid, stupid. That book came out like 60 years ago, I bet he's never even-
"Mm, that is a good one," the man smiles, his eyes still closed. He turns and looks at you with his head titled back. "Though my name isn't Harry, unfortunately, it's Henry. Henry Whatsit."
"Whatsit? That's not actually your last name," you laugh. When he doesn't laugh with you, you stop and cough. "Sorry, I just don't think I've ever heard that one before, outside of like... is it A Wrinkle in Time? I think that one has a Mrs. Whatsit in it, but it's been a little while since I've read that one, probably at least a good couple of years." The man, Henry, smiles when you mention the book, noticing the way you almost seem to get lost in a daydream just at the thought of a story.
"Yes. It's exactly like in A Wrinkle in Time actually. So you like fantasy along with mystery? A woman after my own taste, it would seem," Henry grins at you like a Cheshire cat, his eyes sharpening when he sees the blush forming across your cheeks. Suddenly, he sits up straight and pulls a pocket watch from his vest. "I'm afraid I have to go. There's somewhere I have to be, but would you like to take an evening walk with me tonight and talk more about your impeccable literary interests? Perhaps we could discuss The Lord of the Flies next." He stands and puts the watch back into his pocket. With his hat back on his head, he turns to face you.
"I'm not in the habit of taking walks with men I've just met, but I'll never turn down a chance to talk about my favorite book. A lucky guess, by the way," you put your long forgotten book in your bag, looking down at your own watch, though no one is around when you look up. Strange.

When you arrive for your walk with Henry, he's already taken off his jacket and offered it to you. He reassures you that you'll likely need it more than he will since the cold is obviously bothering you more than him. When you ask how he knew you were cold, he replies simply with, "Just a hunch," though you quickly use the compact in your purse to see if your nose is running or red. I wasn't even shivering... that much.
The walk with Henry is entirely pleasant, if it weren't for the other town residents. They cast you sidelong glances, muttering and laughing to themselves as soon as they pass you both. One family even grabs their children a little closer to them and rush along at the sight of you. The longer you walk, the more unnerved you become, though Henry appears entirely unphased, walking and chatting about books as if the rest of the world didn't exist to him.
After a half an hour, you huff and turn to him. "Doesn't this bother you?" He stops a few steps away from you and turns around to look at you with obvious confusion. "The glances, the laughing? Everyone keeps staring at us." At that he chuckles.
"(Y/N), the world is unfortunately full of more ordinary people than not. It's no surprise that they feel threatened when they realize they aren't as high up in the order of things as they believe they are. Like Lord of the Flies, natural selection will always reign supreme. The weak will eventually take themselves out, so why worry about doing it for them?" He continues to walk ahead of you, as if he didn't entirely shock you with his response.
The rest of the walk isn't nearly as pleasant. The sky grows darker, the air colder, making you pull his coat jacket a little tighter around your shoulders and filling your nose with his cologne. Soon, you start to encounter less and less people, until suddenly you realize that you and Henry are the only people left on the street. You've somehow wandered into a shadier part of town, where you'd normally be clutching your purse to your chest and hoping that you'd miraculously remember those gym classes you spent under the bleachers. How did I let it get this late? Just as you're about to suggest turning in for the night, you do have papers to grade a TV-dinner-for-one to microwave, Henry tenderly grasps the curve of your arm.
"How about a drink?" When he notices the protests about to escape your lips, he adds, "Just a glass of wine or two." Without waiting for your response, Henry pulls you into a bar. A quick glance around doesn't ease your nerves, but the glass of wine the bartender serves certainly helps. It's not the house best, not even close, but it takes the edge off. You slowly sip your glass, letting Henry lead the conversation. When you get off your chair to excuse yourself to the restroom, you sway. Henry catches you by the waist just as your hands slam down onto the counter, catching the attention of the stranger next to you. I didn't even have that much?
"Let's get you home, I think you've had enough."
Henry guides you towards the exit, helping you along as you stumble and use the walls to catch you. Gross, I definitely need a shower after this. After walking a short distance, you realize you hadn't even told Henry where to go, though you suppose he must have guessed that you didn't live near this part of town. After a bit longer, you realize you aren't walking towards your house at all.
"H-Henry? Where are we going?
"Home, (Y/N), I said that. You need to rest this off, especially if you're going to be in any shape to teach tomorrow."
The air crackles like lightning between the two of you as you stumble out of his grip. He looks at you like a cherished pet gone rabid. The alcohol fogs your brain, making it harder for your words to come out straight. The wine must have been stronger than I thought.
"What? This- This isn't the way to my house. Wait, and how do you know I'm a teacher? I don't think I mentioned that, did I," you look down at the ground, trying to remember your conversations as the night seems to slip through your mind like water through a sieve.
"(Y/N), honey, you told me that this afternoon, remember? You mentioned grading papers and how you thought you saw a student of yours on the playground." Henry walks towards you, like a parent trying to calm a hysterical child. His hands have almost reached you when you step back harshly.
"We didn't walk by the playground, Henry."
He stops short. You look deep into his eyes, your short breathes the only sound either of you make. While the fall air cools the liquid blanket on your cheeks, the chilling breezes make your nose and lungs tingle. After what seems like both hours and seconds due to the nerves and the alcohol, Henry sighs.
"I should've known you were a bit too smart for that one. I suppose it's my fault for going after the intelligent type, but one can always learn from their mistakes." All the friendliness seems to drip off of Henry like rain. With a straight face and sharp eyes, Henry starts to walk towards you.
Run.
You start to walk backwards, fumbling. Henry's eyes widen, and his jaw ticks.
"(Y/N), darling. Don't make this difficult."
Go.
You turn to run and trip over a lip in the brick sidewalk. Scrambling your hands along the ground, you nearly claw across it like a feral animal.
Away. Now.
You can hear Henry's footsteps pounding behind you as you catch your footing. Soon, the footsteps fade away. You run for a couple more blocks, just in case. After a quick turn to look behind you, you're sure. He's gone. You pant for a minute before taking in your surroundings. It's hard to see now that the sun has fully set, but you vaguely recognize the streets around you.
Eventually, the streets turn to stores, which turn to block that you remember. All those lunchtime walks looking for a bookstore or library have finally paid off. In the distance, you see a streetlight over a pay phone. You run and dig through your purse for a spare quarter. I've never been so glad I'm disorganized. You reach the payphone, shoving the quarter into the slot, cursing when you almost drop it. The dial tone rings, and you stop.
You don't know who to call. What would the police do? No crime has been committed, and you doubt the cops would trust the word of the crazy college kid who had too much to drink compared to an obviously well-off man. You don't really have any friends at work... Mr. Clarke! He'd always been nice to you, nice enough to give you his phone number and say he'd help you around town if need be, anyway. You're sure this isn't what he had in mind when he said to give him a call if you had a question, but what did you care?
Punching in the number, you glance around you to make sure Henry hadn't caught up. The phone rings... and rings... and rings. Pick up.
A weird groaning starts to sound from the ground underneath you, but you're too frantic to notice. C'mon, pick up!
Just as you're about to give up and go bang on someone's front door, the call connects. It's a shame that you don't get to hear it, since the ground underneath you has quite literally opened up and swallowed you whole, leaving the pay phone hanging from it's cord as Mr. Clarke tells a woman in the background that it must have been a scam caller.

When you wake up, your head is pounding. You sit up with a groan. When you look around, you don't recognize the bed underneath you, much less the room it's in. As you try to brush your hair out of your face, you feel the stiff texture of hairspray. Swinging your feet off the bed, you pad over to the vanity nearby.
You look completely different. Hair perfectly curled and pinned up. A vintage style dress hangs down to your knees. Your lipstick looks miraculously good for having just gotten up from bed. Are you... wearing kitten heels? God, I look like ... someone... but I can't remember who... Your headache turns from pounding to piercing, your hands flying to your temples as the door opens.
"I'm glad to see you're awake. I thought you'd sleep the whole day away," the man, I know I've seen him somewhere, says from the doorway. As you start to mumble to yourself, the man leads you back to the bed.
"Where- where am I? How... did I get here?" You look around you, trying to find some small detail to jog your memory as the man, Henry?, shushes you.
"Don't worry yourself, darling. Everything will be alright. You hit your head last night, and it seems you've gotten everything all mixed up, but I'm sure it will sort itself out soon." Henry smooths your hands away from your face, holding them together in your lap.
"I... hit my head? When? How? Where-"
"Shh... it'll be okay. It was just a little slip on the stairs. I've told you time and time again to make sure you're paying attention when you're walking on them, but you've just always got your nose in a book, don't you, honey?" Henry chuckles at you, tapping his finger on your nose. As he rubs his thumb over the back of your hand, you can feel your panic melting away.
"Yes... the stairs... I was reading..." You catch distant memories of flipping pages, foggy visions of him chasing towards you as you lie on the ground.
"Just try to rest up. I'll bring you some lunch here in a moment, and I'll let Holly in to see you. She's been so worried sick since I carried you up here," Henry chuckles. You nod, though you don't really hear much of what he's saying, too lost in trying to sort out the tangled memories.
"Right... lunch. That- that sounds good." You breathe deeply, saying the words more to yourself than to Henry. As he turns to go out the door, you stop him. "Wait- Holly? Who is Holly?"
Henry smiles and tilts his head at you, almost like someone looking at a newborn puppy yawning. "Holly? The little girl that's been staying with us until her parents can come here? You really don't remember?" His words mean nothing to you. "That little spill on the steps must have done more than I thought," he sighs. "Just rest, I can't have my darling bride under the weather when the others arrive."
"Right... Holly. The others. Your- bride?" Even as your questions arise, you feel the energy slipping from your body. You unwillingly yawn between words, your body slumping as if you hadn't spent the whole morning, and apparently night, in bed. Henry smiles at you from the door.
"Sleep well, darling, it'll all come together soon."
a/n: I was not expecting this to be as well received as it has been?? but also thank you all for the love you've given this already, i'm excited to see what you think of the rest of it!

the second your sobs registered in his mind, he had bolted out of your bed. and as luck would have it, heâd forgotten his jacket in the haste of zipping up his pants as he climbed off your bare body, creases and marks left by the fabric of his clothes against your skin.
his heart races as he leans against the trunk of a tree, his eyelids closing. flashes of what he had just done make his stomach turnâpleasantly or not, he isnât sure.
itâs not as if he planned it. things had simply just⌠gotten out of hand. what had started as sharing a textbook turned into a kiss. and then another, and another. soon enough, the two of you were rolling around on your bed, lips locked. you had slid your hand up his shirt and eddie shivered. you never touched him beneath his clothes, not wanting him to get the wrong idea because eddie knew that you werenât ready. but the simple touch of your fingertips made his mind hazy and he thought to himself that it was time.
you wanted him.
you were just⌠scared.
eddie covers his eyes with his hands as he sighs. youâre going to be so mad at him. he had scared you after all. he had raped you. accidentally, of course. eddie would never hurt you. he just wasnât thinking clearly when he touched you back. your lower belly to your waist to your breasts. he felt himself go nearly feral when he slid his hand beneath your bra, feeling the hot him and peaked nipple under his touch.
he was too far gone to stop himself from taking off the rest of your clothes despite the way you had begun to squirm away, to push. your voice was muffled in your ears as his mouth wet your skin and his touch went all over.
he pulled his zipper down and pulled himself out of its restraint, the head and shaft sticky from the precum leaking from his tip. he convinced himself that he had gotten this far and you would be angry at him anyway. he may as well give you what you originally asked for. because you asked for it.
though, when eddie began to flood you, his rationality came back. he had realized what he had just done. he heard the crying beneath him, the trembling and shakes of your head as you laid there. he had hurt you.

The scent of wet dirt and leaves surrounds you, your tall ears flickering in every direction as your feet pound against the dark earth. Sweat drips down your brow bone as you glance around, seeing nothing but trees among the darkness.Â
"C'mon. We both know you can't outrun me! Besides, I can smell you. It makes me want to sink my teeth in your soft flesh." Echoes throughout the open space, it's still miles away yet it still feels like he whispered it in your ear.Â
Your breath catches in your chest, knowing he isn't lying. He'd be able to hunt you down on scent alone even if you weren't leaving footprints leading him right to you.Â
It feels like fire is lapping at your legs as you push yourself to run faster, go farther, escape. Chest rising with every pant as your lungs are burning from the inside out, yet you ignore it. Knowing what waits for you if you stopped, knowing the monster would sink his teeth and claws into you just as he said he would if you did.Â
The sound of a branch snapping has your head turning, fluffy ears twitching as you desperately look around. Terror chilling your blood as if ice were flowing in your veins. Looking around again, yet everything's looking just as it did miles back. Each tree looks the same, roots covering the forest floor, moonlight shining down just enough for you to not trip last second. Unable to tell where you are, where you've been and where to turn next.Â
The forest feels eternal, and it is. This is where he wanted you. The beast wanted to drive you into the darkness that he saw best in. Wanting for you to be forced to admit that you're nothing but his prey. Weak in his domain. Forcing you to realize that he will always find you and take what's rightfully his.Â
Thoughts of how to escape his grasp fly through your mind, each and everyone having a fatal flaw that wouldn't allow them to work. He could easily climb a tree you crawled up, or even just tear it down. It's obvious that you won't be able to simply make it out of the forest, your legs would give out before then. Backtracking would just lead you right to him. There's no escape. There never was. Your legs slow as if they have their own mind at the realization.Â
He was just toying with you, the entire time. Giving you the false hope of not being caught despite knowing how it would end. He wanted you to realize how helpless you really are. Proving that you're just a little bunny, ready to be served to a snarling wolf on a silver platter. Watching as he drools over you.Â
"Why'd you stop running? Don't tell me you're already tired! Thought you rabbits have stamina! Well at least we've had a little fun, isn't that right, bunny?" Rings out too close for comfort, as if he's right behind you.Â
Shivers run down your spine as goosebumps spread over every inch of skin and your ears stand pin straight on top of your head. You can smell him now. Musk drowning out the smell of the trees and petrichor, smothering you with the thick scent.Â
You feel his eyes staring at you, as if your soul was on display, yet you can't see him no matter how hard you try to spot him. No matter where you look, you're unable to get so much as a glimpse of the wild beast.Â
He's toying with you, again. Letting his horrid presence be known but not being visible. Lurking in the shadows just as he was before the chase started. His low growls fill the air of the forest, practically reverberating off the tall trees that seem to reach the heavens.Â
The sound of bark being ripped crackles out, his claws shredding it right off of the trees as your ears flicker towards the tree it stripped from.Â
A rush of heavy footsteps slap against the cold dirt, not giving you the time to even turn around as dark hairy arms wrap themselves around you and squeeze. Hot breath tickles your ears from his hunched position, sniffing at the fuzz.Â
"I finally got my prize. Gonna let me play with you?" Steve growls out, voice deeper than usual due to his current beastly state.Â
His tall frame dwarfs you, even as he leans down to paw at your waist. Broad shoulders and 7'5 frame practically cocooning you in his arms, sharp claws tearing the fabric of your shirt as if it were made out of paper.Â
"PleaseâŚ" You whimper out, unable to tell if it's sweat or tears rolling down your face.Â
"Please." Steve mocks, gruffly laughing as he tugs you up into the air. Holding you with one arm while the other rips your clothes to shreds.Â
"Look at the little bunny, did being chased by the big bad wolf make you excited?," he lowers his voice as if he's telling you a secret ", it made me excited too." He begins to rub his cock against your thigh.Â
The feeling pulls whines from your chest, feeling how much hunting you turned him on. Every huff from his warm body oxidizes in the cool air. His chest presses against your chest, reminding you of how much bigger he is. How easily he could simply maul you. The thought of it excites you more than it should as his rough touch sends tingles up your spine and makes you squirm in his hold.Â
He grunts as you shift, pressing your knees against your chest and pinning you against his own. Tearing off what little cloth is left before he grabs your waist, claws grazing across your soft skin. Your little tail rubbing against the patch of hair leading up to his broad and hairy chest.Â
"I wanna fuck your pretty guts. So I will." Steve growls out, drool dripping onto your chest. He reaches up and scoops the saliva onto his large fingers before holding it out in front of you.Â
"Spit." He commands, and you quickly slobber all over him. Heat rushing to your cheeks and ears at the degrading action, how quickly you're giving into his demands.Â
He rubs his slick fingers around your hole, making you look like a mess. You whine at the wetness as the chill in the almost winter air becomes more apparent. Steve's heat starts to surround you as he lines up his cock with your spit slick hole.Â
"Wait, it's too big. You're too big, it's not gonna fit, hold on-" you begin to tell him
"Shut up. I'm going to make it fit." Is the only warning you get before he starts to push in. You feel his groan vibrate through his chest and rumble through your own.Â
A moan claws its way up your throat at the feeling of him bottoming out. He wasn't lying when he said he'd be fucking your guts.Â
Steve closes his eyes and just soaks in the warmth of your velveteen walls wrapping around him. The way you're squeezing down on him, he'd think he was in heaven fucking the prettiest angel. Although, part of him still thinks you're the prettiest thing to exist.Â
Slowly, he pulls out. Forcing you to feel every inch before slamming it back into you. Using his grip on you as leverage, Steve forces your hips to meet his. The sound of skin slapping and obscene wetness begins to fill the dark forest, for anybody passing to hear.Â
Grunting with every thrust of his hips, his grip on you forces his claws to scratch against your soft skin as it pulls a whine out of you. Whimpering, you latch onto his big forearm and brace yourself with it, head tossed back into his hairy chest. Head swimming, you can't tell where he ends and you begin anymore. Your very essences overlapping and intertwining.Â
"Tell me how much you love it. How much you love me." Steve huffs out, hips never slowing down and practically churning your brain with his cock.Â
"I love you! Love you so much. Love it when you fuck me, so good, hah." The words pour out of you without hesitation, meaning every word. You can feel the knot in your stomach tangling with every messy thrust.Â
Suddenly you feel his sharp teeth dig into the skin of your shoulder, not quite breaking it as the pain mixes with pleasure. With new vigor, he slams you down onto his cock to meet his thrusts hard enough that you know you'll have issues walking after.Â
Moans and whines flow out of you as if they're water, and Steve is drinking in every one like he was just in the desert for a millenia. He wants to devour you whole, and you'd gladly let him so long as he doesn't stop fucking you like this.Â
A particularly hard thrust forces your head back against and your eyes to roll almost all the way back as Steve's wolfish laughter at your reaction vibrates his chest. You feel him begin to twitch in you as the knot in your stomach bursts into a thousand threads of pleasure coursing through your entire body.Â
Steve thinks he sees your soul leave your body as he bottoms out again, his own orgasm shooting over every inch of him. Teeth clamping down on your shoulder, blood quickly beginning to trickle down your chest. Thick cum running back down onto his balls and smearing on both of your already messy skin.Â
Slowly he eases up on the bite on your shoulder, chest heaving with heavy breaths. A claw reaching up to your face to tilt your head back as he takes in your hazy eyes before pressing a gentle kiss to your spit slick lips.Â
"C'mon back to me bunny. We're finished, gotta go back to the cabin so daddy can clean you up good. Gonna have to wrap that shoulder." Steve purrs out, leaning his sweaty forehead against your own. Weakly nodding, you nuzzle your nose against his.Â
As gently as possible, he pulls you off of his cock. Softly apologizing as you whine due to the sensitivity. Steve quickly tucks you into his large arms, cradling you in them, and begins to walk back to the little cabin on the edge of the dark forest. Whispering promises of warm baths and cuddled in bed.Â
Summary: You're still struggling after the Upside Down. You find Eddie's stash in a desperate attempt to feel something.
Warnings: 18+ Only, Minors DNI. Drug use, heavy drugs, cursing, mentions of death, self-harm, mentions of ED, mentions of trauma and PTSD.
Genre: dark shit, angst, light fluff
A/N: I'm not mentally in a great place, so I'm writing dark fics⢠(PS, I'm fine, I'm just stuck in my own head.) I also have a killer bought of writers block and it's hindering me from completing my multi-chapter story, so I'm writing one-shots in order to remedy that.
You know exactly where Eddieâs stash is. Not just his weed, that shit was everywhere, but his harder stuff. The stuff he rarely sold, the pills, the K, the coke. It was all in a small wooden box in the back of his closet. Eddie had left the trailer earlier in the morning, going to see Dustin and rest of Hellfire for their first game since the events two months ago. Youâve been living at Eddieâs place ever since you got back from the Upside Down, both of you struggling to come to terms with what had happened. Eddieâs body was massacred afterwards, the demobats tearing his ribs, chest, and neck to shreds. After he got out of the hospital, it was hard for him to do a lot on his own, so you helped him around the house with whatever he needed. Your scars on the other hand were mental, having witnessed your friends in mortal peril, almost seeing Eddie eaten alive, watching the town you grew up in tear apart at the seams. Not wanting to add another burden onto Eddieâs plate, you kept your struggles hidden. You made excuses to not leave the trailer, saying you needed to clean something or do laundry whenever presented with plans. When Eddie and Wayne would leave for work or errands, you would break down in solitude, sobbing and screaming until you passed out from exhaustion. Sleep brought no reprieve, all you saw was Eddie dying every time you closed your eyes. Your brain constantly flashing images of your friends choked out by vines, of Max bleeding from her eyes and floating in mid-air, of the swarm of bats that descended onto the trailer as you and Dustin scrambled to get away, Eddie choosing not to follow you. There was no escape. You had stopped eating, food repulsed you. To keep up appearances you would choke down a few bites so Eddie wouldnât catch on, but a sick part of you liked the nagging hunger, it made you feel something, anything, after being numb for so long.Â
Eddie was progressing in his recovery, his gaping wounds were now sore pink scars, and he had started seeing his friends again about a month ago. Immediately after he got out of the hospital, he was just as fucked up as you. The two of you not leaving his bed for weeks, too afraid to let go of each other, not willing to talk about what happened. All you did was get high, and try to sleep. The nightmares didnât let you stay asleep, and you both would frequently wake up screaming, or crying, or both. When you couldnât sleep you would fuck, no romance just pure carnal need, trying to tire each other out in the hopes of being able to sleep for more than an hour. You love Eddie, and you know he feels the same, but you were both still in survival mode.
You havenât seen the rest of your friends in a while. They had come to the trailer a few times at Eddieâs behest, and you had genuinely enjoyed their company, laughing and talking while you all gathered in the small living room. It felt like old times, if only for a few hours. They had all tried to move on, busying themselves with work or school, so they didnât come around often anymore.
You knelt down onto the beige carpet in Eddieâs room and started to dig through his closet. Sifting through piles of old band tees, D&D manuals, and other assorted paraphernalia, you reach your arm all the way into the back corner underneath a shelf and feel the carved wood of the box youâre searching for. Pulling it out carefully, you crack open the lid and sort through its contents, finally finding the small baggie of whitish powder at the bottom.Â
âGotcha.â You whisper to yourself.Â
You hadnât slept again last night, another terror waking you up. Eddie was normally awake too, having similar nightmares to yours, but last night he was sound asleep. The tears that he normally would wipe away from your eyes flowed freely as you laid there and stared at his peaceful face. For the first time since you got back from the Upside Down, you felt completely and utterly alone. Your mind started to wander, and your thoughts turned darker: âWhat if he gets tired of you? He deserves someone sane, someone who has their shit together and can support him.â Hours passed, and you pretended to be asleep when you felt Eddie stir awake.Â
Eddie wouldnât be home for a few more hours, and Wayne had just left for work. The trailer was quiet, which you preferred, enabling you to hear every small sound inside or outside. You take a beer from the fridge and pop it open, walking back to the small bathroom off of the kitchen. Pulling the small baggie from your back pocket, you carefully tap out a small mound of powder onto the counter, maneuvering it into a neat line with a business card you had found on the fridge. You cocked your head to the side and bent down, plugging your left nostril with your finger as you positioned the other against the counter. Inhaling roughly, you finish the line and step back sniffling, waiting for it to kick in. The reflection in the mirror is someone you donât recognize. Pale and gaunt with red rimmed eyes, pupils starting to blow out from the drugs you just ingested. You were a physical representation of your trauma. The poster child for âa cry for help.âÂ
The bathroom started to warp, and you made your way back to the bedroom. The bed seemed so far away, and you collapsed onto the floor, curling up next to Eddieâs dresser.Â
Youâre shaking. All you see is black, but you can hear a muffled sound from far away. All of your limbs feel like theyâre floating, like youâre drifting through space. Your brain registers that someone is shaking you, and the words theyâre chanting come into focus. Someone is crying your name. Your eyelids weigh a ton as you slowly lift them open, the room fuzzy and dull. Eddie is on the floor with you, cradling you in his arms as he shakes your shoulders. â
Y/N! Please, donât leave me, I need you!â The warm tears streaming from his eyes fall onto your face as you bury your face into the side of his neck.Â
ââŚEddieâŚâ you groan, not strong enough to hold him, but mustering enough to nuzzle his jaw.Â
âJesus Christââ his voice cracks as he holds you tighter, crushing you into this body as he rocks you. ââI thought I lost you. What were you thinking?â
You look up at him, and you wish you hadnât. The look in his eyes can only be described as broken. He was scared, more scared than you had seen him in the Upside Down, and it breaks your heart.Â
âI justâŚI just wanted to feel something, Eddie. Iâm sorry. I wanted my brain to shut off. I wanted to feel anything besides fearâŚâ you cry, feeling your strength slowly creep back.Â
He doesnât respond, just continues to rock you as he runs a hand through your hair.Â
âThis is my fault.â He mumbles as he rests a cheek on your head. âI saw you withering away and I refused to confront it. Iâve been so preoccupied with my own shit that I neglected you, and Iâm so sorry.âÂ
Your body sits up so quickly you get dizzy. âEddie donât. Weâve both gone through some horrible shit. We went through hell and back, both of us. Weâre dealing with it in different ways, mine just happens to beâŚself-destructive I guess.âÂ
âI threw all of the drugs away.â He looks towards the closet and you can see the box is gone. âPlease promise me you wonât do something like that again, I donât know what I would do if I lost you.â The tears in his eyes threatened to fall as you brought a hand to his cheek.Â
âI need help, Eds. I canât keep living like thisâŚâ your words come out as barely a whisper. Eddie nods and turns his head to kiss your palm. âI know. Iâll talk to Robin and Steve, and weâll get you into therapy or someone to talk to. Weâll figure this out, okay? Youâll never have to go through this alone. I love you, Iâll always love you.âÂ
You crane your neck upwards and meet his lips, kissing him soft and slow. He grabs a handful of hair from the back of your head, and you can feel tears running down his face. Pulling away, you kiss each tear streak, and then his lips one more time. âI love you, Eddie.â

A/N: as yâall know Iâm a big tiddy goth gf and although I think the bubblegum girl dating Eddie is cute we need some alt/goth girl representation. Iâm in another Fleetwood Mac phase so Iâve been listening to rumors on repeat and thought it was cute to be the title of too.
âClass, this is our new student.â
Eddie absentmindedly scribbled on the edge of his beaten notebook, resting his chin on his palm. Drawing random logos for his band; was nothing good but it was more entertaining than the required literature class he was sitting in.
âWhereforartho RomeoâÂ
Eddie had barely legibly copied what the teacher was telling them to as they went over the outline of Romeo and Juliet. He wrote below it.
âHopefully blowing his fucking brains out because that sounds more fun than this classâÂ
âFrom what I heard, she transferred because she slept with the entire football team at her last school.â He heard Riley Uliana whisper to her friend that sat at the desk beside her.
Eddie was unfortunately wedged in between the half of the classroom that wore letterman jackets and knew the school cheer.
âYeah, freak girls like that are always down for some weird shit I totally believe it.â Nick Fredricks, a brute with a pristine letterman jacket that his mommy irons for him every night, chuckled.
Eddie felt the back leg of his chair get nudged. âHey, Munson looks like your new girlfriend just walked in.â
He rolled his eyes at Nick and his baboons, finally caving in and glancing to the front of the room where you were standing at the teacher's desk collecting the assignments and paperwork you had to catch up on.
How did someone like you end up in a shit fuck like this?
You looked like you crawled out of an issue of Fangoria, with dark makeup, and clothes to match the macabre aesthetic as well. And god, you were fucking hot. Your top clung to you sinfully and he could make out the exact curvature of your breasts.
He was in love
After collecting your paperwork the teacher guided you to the spare desk in front. He could see you grimace at the thought of being in a designated teacherâs pet spot.
It didnât matter how hot you were or how he could think of the names of your future children on the spot, he wasnât going to be in Hawkins much longer. Graduation is in 63 days, and heâll be packing up his van and flipping off the town sign as he drives away in 64 days.
The faint whispering chatter of the classroom fell to a stop as the teacher, Mrs. McMorgan, called attention back to the lesson. The frigid air of the school's icy AC unit kicked on and he was glad he brought his jacket to class. You werenât wearing one though although your shirt was long-sleeved it was thin material. As a shiver rolled up your back, he watched you stretch the fabric down your palms. The subtle sight of your breasts hardening from the chilly air made his cheek heat up even in the walk-in fridge of a room.
He was in love alright. He could picture it now: steamy make-outs with Judas Priest playing in the background. Or you in his bed wearing nothing but one of his shirts while he plays guitar. Your smudged dark painted lips parted with a breathy moan in the back of his van, the windows fogging around you with your legs wrapped tightly around his narrow waist.
Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop.
Eddie bent over a bit further against his desk, concealing the fact he was starting to get hard by the thought of you. Kissing you, tasting you, fucking you.
Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.
He doesnât know you. He needs to stop daydreaming about which song youâll conceive your first child to.
For once he made an effort to focus on what the teacher was lecturing aboutâonly giving in and looking over at you every few minutes. He could see you already had a few things written down in your fresh spiral-bound notebook. Cracked black nail polish gripping tightly to the wooden pencil as you twirled it between your fingers, every now and then copying what was written on the board. He watched the way you wiggled your nose as you fell deeper into concentration.
As the clock drew minutes away from the signaling bell, students had already begun to pack their things up, chatting amongst themselves once more as if they were capable of doing anything else.
Mrs. McMorgan stood in front of your desk gently discussing with you something he couldnât hear or read from her lips, but from the masked annoyance of your expression, he knew it wasnât anything fun.
His combat boots squeaked against the waxed linoleum as he tried to pass them, but was unsuccessful. He had countless missing assignments but he didnât want to be scorned in front of you of all people.
âMr. Munson,â Mrs.McMorgan called him over. He groaned under his breath before hesitantly turning to the pair as the rest of the classroom cleared out. âWe have a new student, this is Y/N.â
âYep, heard you the first time you announced it.â He didnât know why he was acting like such a dick as his the first impression he gave you.
Mrs. McMorgan plastered a faux smile on her face. âWell, sheâs new here and since weâre almost at the end of our current quarterâs project, I figured you might be so kind as to help her catch up. You two look like youâdâŚGet along very well together.â
âExcuse me Mrs.McMorgan,â You cleared your throat. âIâve already read Romeo and Juliet, Iâm sure Iâll be capable of doing the assignments on my own.â
If your voice didnât sound so sweet then heâd probably take offense to the rejection.
âI donât see what harm it could cause for you to get adjusted.â Mrs. McMorgan had clearly already made up her mind and wasnât planning on taking no for an answer.
âSorry, but she said so herself. She doesnât need the help. Now can I go to my other class?â He didnât even want to look you in the face scared heâd fall deeper in love with you even if you were resisting the pairing.
âHoney,â The teacher turned to you. âWhy donât you get going to your next class so I can have a private chat here with Eddie.â Her hand touched his shoulder, motioning for him to follow her to her desk.
You nodded, collecting your things fresh and unused binders and notebooks in your arm with a paper assumably showing the school map and your schedule. He was jealous that you were granted freedom away from this conversation. Less of a conversation and more of an unfair debate.
âMr. Munson, need I remind you of your current GPA?â Mrs. McMorgan leaned against her desk that held colorful pens, various stacks of papers, and a dying succulent. âIf you help her out, Iâd be willing to count it as extra credit, and itâd be bumping your grade up to a B.â She bargained.
He scratched at the back of his neck and sighed. âYeah, I guess.â Raising his grade from a D- to a B might be his saving grace in graduating. He just wished his savior wasnât spending time with you alone when all he could think about for the last hour was fucking you and falling (hypothetically) in love.
âGood,â She smiled lightly clasping her hands together in victory. âPlus, itâs good to know at least one of you actually read the book.â
//
Eddie spent the rest of the afternoon scouring for you in the halls. Youâre both seniors in such a small school how is it so hard for you to have at least one of the same classes together.
As he walked into his final period, American History, he felt his heart skip a beat seeing you in the same position you were earlier, at a teacherâs desk collecting more material to work on. Heâd just have to talk to you after class, he told himself.
He marched to the far back corner of the room to sit at the table he designated himself at the beginning of the semester. While all the other tables held 4 seats, the class was smaller and he got away with being the only one sitting at it.
Once the bell had rung, signaling the start of the new period, he cringed as he saw the teacher pointing at him while talking to you. âWhy donât you take a seat over there.â Mr. Martin directed. âYou two seem like youâdâŚGet along well.â
You didnât have much of a choice to argue with Eddieâs table was quite literally the only table with any open seats. You bit at your lip as you walked with heavy and loud footsteps from your large boots. You set your stuff down across from his seat.
As the lesson began on the loss of the confederacy Eddie began scribing in the corner of his sheet of notebook paper.
Mrs. McBitch isnât giving us much of a choice so unfortunately, you will have to have a miserable time with me so you can copy down the notes I pretended to write
Mr. Martin spoke often about how he lost hearing in his right ear when in Vietnam which resulted in his constant screaming unaware he was carrying a drastic volume. Eddie slowly peeled the edge of the paper off trying to make as little noise as he possibly could before sliding it over to you.
He brushed his fingers against yours as he slid it across the table. Fuck your hands were soft and would look so good wrapped around his-
The touch startled you, making you jump a bit in your seat before reading the note. A smirk played on your lips as you read his sarcastic letter and he felt himself actually swoon. You glanced over to the teacher, checking to see if the coast was clear as if Mr. Martin would notice or give a shit was either of you was doing.
Oh, youâre a good girl and you donât like getting in trouble, do you? He thought to himself.
Your pencil delicately glided on the other side of the note before sliding it back over to him.
Fine, come by my place after 5. The address is 4816 Cathedral Lane
He recognized the name of the road. A street off a backroad with only a few other houses on it. Thereâs a house that was abandoned a few years ago on that road because the owner had died, the Schmidt house. Eddie and his friends had broken in there a couple of times before to get drunk and do shrooms.
He leafed the paper over again to write in the blank space under his original message.
Hellfire club ends at 7. I could be over there at 8
After reading his message she opened her notebook, already filled with more notes than heâs written down all semester. You really were a good girl. You jotted down a new letter before tearing it from the paper.
That sounds like a shitty band
Itâs my D&D club
I think thatâs even worse
Ouch guess thatâs a no on joining
I just donât like strategy games. I can kick ass in any card game
What about strip poker????
âMr. Munson!â The deep voice of the teacher interrupting the silent banter startled both of them. âSomething you want to share with the rest of us?â
Your cheeks burned red and you looked like you were going to burst into tears.
âSheâs probably just making plans to meet in the janitorâs closet.â A long brown ponytail wrapped in a forest green scrunchie, Ashley Saddler, at the table in front of them muttered loud enough to her other cheerleader friends who sat beside her so the rest of the class could hear.
Now you looked like were really about to cry
âSheâs just asked to borrow my notes,â Eddie shouted to the teacher loud enough to hear across the room, just wanting to stop this entire interaction so no one else would bother you. You were his, he didnât want anyone else who wasnât him looking at you.
âHow generous,â Mr. Martin mumbled sarcastically. âNow, letâs all get back to the lesson.â
âJust borrowing notes,â Ashley snickered, pretending to stroke an invisible phallic shape into her mouth. Her cohorts all giggled to themselves with laughs that sounded like nails on the chalkboard Mr. Martin was trying to write his lesson on.
Eddie watched you clench your jaw tightly and drop your head to your notebook. You crumpled up the flirtatious transcribing into a ball digging your long nails painfully into your palm.
He wanted to yell at them for you. Yank that girlâs ponytail that consisted of a majority of cheap extensions. But then he remembered his original thoughts of you. Youâll only be a problem for him, heâs so close to leaving, Henderson is already an attachment heâs loathing to cut, he doesnât need to add you to the list. But Eddie also didnât know you. Maybe you were known for being a slut at your last school, probably a poser just to get guys to pay attention to you. He didnât believe it, but itâs what he needed to tell himself to avoid further infatuation.
Because you were gonna be a problem no matter how his dice rolled.
//
Eddie sat in his van parked outside your house staring at the radio clock, 7:58. There wasnât a car in the driveway, maybe you gave him a fake address (even though there was a light visible from one of the curtain-drawn windows). He debated back and forth with himself as he watched the stars begin to grow from the night sky.
You didnât even want him around anyway. He should just go home, he doesnât need to deal with the trouble youâll cause him. But fuck he wants you to cause problems in his life.
He stared in his rearview mirror, seeing the outline of the abandoned Schmidt house that he had spent hours and hours of his life being a delinquent in.
7:59
Just turn back man, Eddie attempted to convince himself. You clearly donât need his help catching up, hell, he could probably use help from you to catch up.
Then he thought about your bedroom, what it looked like, what it smelled like, what color were your walls, had you already unpacked your underwear, and will you be away for a moment long enough that he could steal a pair. He wondered if you still had girlish pink sheets from your youth; something about the thought of fucking you in baby pink sheets in contrast to both of your dark styles just did something to him. Maybe it was just the thought of fucking you in general.
8
Fuck it
He took a deep breath as he took the key from the ignition. Carrying the stack of abused composition notebooks, he dragged his feet through the patchy grass of your yard, repeatedly looking over his shoulder as if he was doing something illegal.
His bulbous metal rings collided with the old wooden framed front door. He kicked at his feet trying to overcome the overwhelming anxiety of hearing footsteps ascending closer to the door.
Eddie felt like he was in a cheesy Molly Ringwald flic with the way his heart fluttered at seeing you answer the door.
âEddieâŚI didnât think youâd show up if Iâm being honest.â  You stared at him through the screened storm door. Â
âDo you want me to go?â He tilted his head towards his car. Please for the love of Ozzy donât tell him to go home.
âNo,â You shook your head opening the screen door to him. âCome in.â
Eddie ducked around you to get into your house. Like the rest of the few houses on this gravel road, it was old, like Victorian old, and not in the greatest conditions with rickety wood floors and leaky roofs. The houses looked like something straight out of a Wes Craven movie and yours was no exception, but in liveable condition, unlike the old Schmidt house.
âSorry, still unpacking a bit.â You mumbled nervously popping your knuckled. âMy room is down here.â You pointed down the long hall before leading the way. His eyes didnât leave the shape of your ass almost causing him to trip on his own feet.
âSo, your parents not home or something?â Eddie glanced around the barren house.
You were alone, no nearby neighbors, just him and you, and his breath hitched at the thought of taking you. Good girls like you shouldnât invite strange men bigger than you into the house all alone after only knowing them for less than a day. You were lucky it was him, and he had no nefarious plans to hurt you. Because if he wanted to he could so easily without you even getting a chance to put up a fight.
âOh, no my mom just started working night shifts at the hospital.â You informed, opening your bedroom door.
Soft grey walls with a few band posters already hanging up. A queen bed with an antique-looking headboard he wanted to hear slam against the walls as he made you cum over and over again. Dark sheets, damn. Easier to stain, he noted maniacally to himself, guess heâll just have to finish inside you to keep from ruining the pretty bedspread of yours.
âCute room,â He hummed looking around at your belongings. âRecord player? What, are cassettes too cool for you or something?â He dragged his fingers over the disk sleeves. âFleetwood Mac, really?â He fished a copy of Rumors from your collection holding it between his fingertips.
You huffed taking the vinyl from his hands. âNo Steve Nicks slander allowed in this household.â You wedged it back into its alphabetically assigned spot. âAnd they were my grandpaâs. I have cassettes. I just listen to records when Iâm at home.â
âI promise no Stevie Nicks slander.â He gave a boy scout salute and you rolled your eyes with a grin curled on your lips. âYou just donât really seem like a Fleetwood Mac kind of girl.â
âI have soft spots when it comes to music,â You shrugged, straightening out your already made comforter. âBut if you keep looking thereâs some Poison, White Snake, Def Lepard, and some Blackhearts in there too.â
âNo, weâre listening to this.â He pulled the Fleetwood Mac record back out. âYou canât change my mind now.â
âYou shouldnât bully me in my own house.â you teased as he looked around the shelf for your record player that still had your grandpaâs name written on the side.
âOh, yeah? Whatâre you gonna do to stop me?â Eddie winked as he slid the needle into position. He looked over his shoulder at you sitting on the bed, a burning blush on your cheeks with doe eyes on your face at his suggestive comments.
Stevie Nicksâ tranquil voice floated through the room while the song Dreams began to play.
âAre those the notes?â You pointed to the stack tucked under his arm. Â
âOh, yeah.â He flopped the books down on the bed.
You pulled them into your lap and started to flip through what he had written. âThis is all you have written down for the semester?â
Eddie began to slide his leather jacket off his shoulders. âWhat kind I say? My mind is like a steel trap.â
When you glanced up at him your eyes widened and you subtly flinched. âW-What are you doing?â
He folded up his coat in his arms. âTaking my jacket off? Is that allowed?â
âOh, yeah.â You blushed, flipping through his pages again.
Eddie thought your nervousness was adorable. The edge of your bed dipped as he sat down on the corner, you tried to hide the uncomfortable cringe at him being so close. He found everything you did so endearing. The way youâre freezing up around him, how sweet you smell, how easy it is to make you flustered. He imagined how scared youâll be the first time he fucks you, now he knows youâre too innocent to believe anything the other students were saying, your cute little cries telling him heâs too big and he needs to slow down but he won't, and he knows you wonât try to stop him. Youâre gonna be so good and well-behaved for him.
//
âYou know, youâre really awful at taking notes.â You squinted at his writing, dragging the tip of your finger following over the lines of the page. âYour handwriting looks like it was written by a kindergartener.â You copied down his writings in your notebook, your pretty cursive was so delicate and feminine and god he knew he was gonna be down bad if he thinks your handwriting is sexy.
âIâm better at using my hands for something else.â He chuckled and you froze up once more, refusing to look him in the eyes. âI play guitar, get your mind out of the gutter, princess.â
âSo if I wasnât too far off with you having a shitty band.â You shrugged, switching between his books, discarding the science one off to the side. Itâs cute how organized you stayed.
âYou should come to watch us play sometime,â He smiled, lounging further back onto your bed. He took up so much space sprawled in your bed while you took up so little sitting cross-legged in the center. You could always just sit on his face to save room too. âWeâre not a Fleetwood Mac cover band but-â
âYouâre the one that put the record on,â You pointed your pencil in his face. âAnd Iâm sure you got plenty of other girls in school who follow you around like a stray animal and show up to all your shows anyway.â
Eddie laughed, his chest shaking with it.
âDid I say something funny?â
âA half-ass metal band playing in a nearly empty bar on a weekday night doesnât exactly attract the best groupies.â He liked that you looked almost jealous at the thought of him being this friendly with other girls. âAll the girls that go out with me do it in secret, itâs almost like Iâm not the kind of guy who youâd want to bring home to meet the parents.â
âI understand.â You looked up at him with empathy. âNo matter where I live Iâll always be a freak. The only time men look at me is if they wanna fulfill a spot on their bingo cards.â
âNever let them use you like that.â He was covertly begging you to never let another man touch you ever again.
âEddie?â
âYes?â
âUm, I just want you to know,â you flicked your pencil around your fingers like you had in class earlier. âWhat theyâre saying about me isnât true. I donât even know where they came up with that, we only moved because my mom got a new job offer and wanted to be back in her hometown. Iâve never even had a boyfriendâŚâ
âI never believed them in the first place.â
//
As the night grew later and your transcribing had ended earlier on and the album had played out you started to yawn. He talked with you about everything and fuck, you were his dream girl. Heâd never spent this much time alone with a girl without fucking her or getting blown.
By this point, you had changed into casual comfort clothes, a large KISS shirt (another band he gave you shit about), and a tight pair of pajama shorts, with a face clean of makeup. He wanted to tell you not to leave the room to change, to take off your clothes right there for him to admire. He liked that you felt safe enough with him to let your walls down.
You didnât want to stop talking to him but fatigue consumed you. You curled on your side in bed, swearing you werenât gonna fall asleep when he offered to leave. Your mom worked late into the night and still hadnât come home, he liked knowing he could have you all night whenever he wanted. You could moan with his head between your thighs without worrying about the awkward confrontation.
âSweetheart,â he gently brushed a strand of hair from your face as your eyes fluttered shut as if they were weighed down. âYouâre falling asleep, Iâll see you Monday too, I can just bully you for liking poser bands in school.â
A grin was almost unnoticeable as it tucked from the corner of your lips. You preened even more as his big hands stroked over your cheek. It didnât take long for you to stop responding and let sleep fully consume you.
After a few minutes of your breathing forming a soft pattern he internally groaned as he left your bed. As he grabbed the corner of your comforter to cover you, he haunted as he go to your thighs. Youâre dead asleep. You wonât notice a few touches.
He glided his hand along the curve of your hip to cup your ass, he wanted to slap it and watch it jiggle back but he knew thatâd wake you up for sure.
Your skin was so warm as he caressed up your torso to grope your breasts through your shirt. He thought about your tits since your first class together. Gently he shuffled to shirt up your tummy till your chest was fully exposed to him, squished together as you laid on your side which made them look even bigger.
Eddie couldnât resist gently tugging at the peaks of your breasts, sharpening like they were this morning in the cold classroom. Groping you while you were blissfully aware as you were lulled into a state of sleep. Youâd never know what he did or where he touched you, heâd see you Monday and heâll be the only one between the two of you to remember the special moment.
He froze, shooting his hands up as she readjusted around his caress. But you remained deep in a sleeping beauty style only adjusting to maneuver yourself to lay on your back naturally tucking your neck to the side.
He slithered his hand down the waist of your shorts. He knew heâd get too worked up if he got to watch the way his fingers would disappear but that one would surely wake you up as well. Instead, he gently ran his fingers over your heat.
Feeling each individual lip that protected yourself, silky and unmistakably turned on. His digit dragged upward, gently running over your clit. You twitched in your sleep and he audibly cooed.
He knew he needed to stop while he was ahead but he didnât want to. He wanted to see how long it would take till you woke up and if you would let him continue or scream and push him off. Youâre a good girl, he can tell youâve been turned on all night. He wonders what comment made you weak. Or if it was just him being around you?
He barely ghosted over your warmth and still drew a whimper from your sleeping state. Begrudgingly he pulled his hand out of your shorts.
Eddie felt obscene as he licked you from his fingers. It wasnât the same but it was as close as he was gonna get to having his tongue devouring your cunt for now.
Eddie took light steps to the laundry hamper heâd been eyeing since he came into the room. He fished out a pair of panties, delicate black lace, and pressed them to his nose. He felt like a menace but he couldnât stop himself. He needed as much of you as he could get.
You were indeed a problem for him.
When Eddie had gotten home he instantly went into his room to fuck his fist. Your panties pressed to his nose as his leaking cock was throbbing in his hand. All he could think about was how you admitted youâd never even had a boyfriend before.
You were untouched, saved just for him to corrupt and destroy. He was going to ruin you for every other person on the planet. All you will know is him, his tongue, his fingers, his cock.
A grunt involuntarily left his lips as he flooded his abdomen.
//
It had been a total of 20 hours since he left your bedroom Eddie couldnât wait until Monday to see you again. He needs you. You need him. His fingers and tongue didnât taste like the sweetness between your thighs anymore.
He purposely left an excuse to see again; his stack of notebooks. But he realized after he got homeâŚHe never got your number.
He truly couldnât think of anything other than you.
The strings on his guitar didnât sound the same when he strummed the same notes of the songs he has played over and over again before. Weed barely dulled the aching need for you, his beer tasted flat; he was down bad.
Eddie stared at the handcuffs on his wall as he placed a Marlboro between his lips. Although their purpose was dĂŠcor they were still real handcuffs. Handcuffs that would look so pretty bruising your wrists. Your bed frameâs posts looked sturdy, if you tried to fight him while tied to it it wouldnât budge and then youâll eventually tire yourself out and stop being a brat.
He took a final drag before tapping out the cigarette in the ashtray on his crowded bedside table. The clock beside it read 8:06 pm. Your mom would be at work by now, youâre probably in bed reading or god even studying to catch up on your work. Youâre so good, it makes his dick ache.
âFuck it,â Eddie grunted under his breath before leaving bed making a beeline for the handcuffs on the wall.
//
Eddie couldnât tell if you enjoyed the risk of exposure or if you were just that naĂŻve.
No one should be able to see in your bedroom window; it faces towards the woods. No one should be able to look in. That is unless theyâre hiding in the tree line to watch you like the big bad wolf.
And thatâs exactly what Eddie was doing. He was leaning against the bark of a tree in your backyard watching you take your clothes off. It was like you knew he was there and you were purposely giving him the show of a lifetime.
Slowly and seductively removing everything till you were in your bra and panties. Eddie was foaming at the mouth at this point. You tossed your clothes in the dirty laundry basket before grabbing the towel that hung on the back of your vanity chair. Your dark makeup scattered across the top with a few different bottles of perfume and other beauty products he didnât know the purpose or name of.
The evening cicadas were the only thing able to be heard from the desolate road they were on. Yes, there were a couple of other houses further up the street but they were stretched out fair enough with elderly occupants that went to bed by 7. He was able to faintly make out the sound of a shower starting and the shutting of the bathroom door.
Every part of him screamed at himself as he fiddled with your bedroom window from the outside. He knew your mother wasnât home, you were alone; defenseless.
Shimmying the window open he awkwardly hoisted himself and crawled inside. He was glad you werenât there to see his ungraceful act. He pushed the old window sill down till it locked shut again, the sound of cicadas now drowned out.
Your room hadnât moved much since he left last night. Your bedspread now messy, and some more clothes in the hamper.
Eddieâs muddy boots tracked through your bedroom, the prints on the warped wooden floor leaving the evidence of his arrival. He thought about wiping it up, covering his tracks, but he wasnât leaving here without feeling you. He hadnât noticed how loud the floorboards were yesterday, it's as if they were louder only because he wasnât supposed to be there.
The water pipes squeaked as he could hear you turn the shower off. âHello?â You called out. âIs someone there?â
Eddie stood still, he didnât want to alarm you. Heâd hate to have to drag you back by your hair if you tried to run off. Although no neighbors would hear your cry for help, he wouldnât want you scared of him for the rest of your lives.
The pipes whined as the shower started again.
âSilly girl,â He whispered to himself. âSuch a paranoid little thing you are.â
He waltzed back over to your familiar record collection, the Fleetwood Mac album had already been back in its alphabetical order. He plucked Rumors from its spot and aligned it with the record playerâs needle.
The sweet serenade of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham flowered around the room. He never knew how much this album wouldâve meant to him.
âNow here you go again, you say you want your freedom. Well, who am I to keep you down?â
The clap of thunder from outside shook the house, his head whipping towards the window he had just crawled through. He didnât recall rain in the forecast but Midwest weather in the springtime was as unpredictable as it could possibly get.
The shower shut off once more before he could hear the bathroom door being ripped open. âWhoever is there I have a gun!â You yelled out.
Eddie chuckled under his breath at you pretending to be big and bad as he spotted your diary turned page down on the dresser. âIâm so scared, princess.â He responded with sarcasm oozing from his voice as his fingers ran over the pages.
âEddie?â You gasped, stomping into your room, a drum of thunder following your footsteps. âWhat are you doing here? How did you even get in?â
He stopped and stared at you for a moment. A face clean of makeup, your skin covered in dew drops, a blue towel wrapped around your body that was too small to cover all of you. You tried to stretch it further down to cover yourself but it only resulted in pulling it back up before fully exposing your breasts to him.
âI needed my books and I knew your mom was at work so I just let myself in instead of waiting in the rain for you to answer.â He shrugged nonchalantly.
âI wasnât able to write last night because Eddie came over. Heâs this guy at my new school whoâs helping me catch up even though Iâm pretty sure Iâm more versed in the subjects than he is.â He read aloud from the diary. âOuch princess that hurt.â
You gasped again, lumbering toward him. âStop it, Eddie! Give it back!â
As you went for the journal he swiftly stretched his arm to hold it from your reach. You held your towel tightly while trying to get him to give it back. âHe stayed and talked with me all night till I fell asleep. I wish he wouldâve been there when I woke up but if he had been mom wouldâve lost her shit. Heâs the prettiest boy Iâve ever seen and he gives me butterflies.â
You were to the point of tears. âEddie stop!â
âAw, didnât realize you liked me that much sweetheart.â He shut the journal before handing it back to you now weepy and red from embarrassment.
You yanked it from him to hide on your nightstand. âWhat are you doing here Eddie?â
His heart broke at the sound of your little sniffles. âLike I said, I left my notebooks here.â
âOh,â you tucked your loose hair behind your ear as you held your towel close enough to you as if your life depended on it. âLet me get dressed and Iâll grab them-â
âNo,â his voice was stern as he stopped you from reaching your dresser. His large hands wrapped tightly around your bicep. âI like you like this.â His other hand came to your hip through the rough fabric of the bleach-stained towel. âNo, actually I want you wearing less.â
Eddie grabbed the edge of your towel tugging on it gently. You whimpered, trying to keep it glued to your skin. âEddie, thatâs not funny.â
âGood thing Iâm not laughing.â He bared his teeth to you as he looked down at your shivering frame. He yanked on the towel once more with full strength and it ripped from you.
âStop!â You cried, covering your breasts with your arm and bent at the waist to try and conceal your groin.
Eddie pried your arms apart, exposing your chest fully to him. You fought back in his bruising restraint till he pulled in like and pushed you to the bed. âFuck you look so good.â He cursed, his tongue darting across his lips.
As you curled your legs over the apex of your thighs, he intercepted and forced your legs open with his hands on your knees, the cold metal of his rings pinching at your skin. âPlease donât Eddie!â
âBut you need me.â He shushed your attempts to argue him away, standing between your legs as he began to disrobe himself, tossing his leather jacket on the ground before pulling the edges of his Megadeth shirt overhead to join the discarded coat. âPeople can be so mean in this town. You need someone to protect you and stand up for you.â
âEddie, please. I wonât tell anyone!â Your voice was uneven as your heart pounded through your ears.
Before he began to undo his belt he unclipped the handcuffs that were latched onto his belt loops that you had noticed yesterday and thought about all of today.
You screamed and wiggled beneath him while he stood between your legs and forced your wrists above your head, latching the cuffs together. âEddie, those hurt!â
âIâm sorry, baby.â He cooed in faux apathy. âIf youâre good Iâll take them off in a bit.â He placed his hand against your sternum, coercing you to lay on the bed, as his other hand trodden down between your thighs. You cried out as your trembling body jerked in response. âLooks like I found that special little spot of yours didnât I?â He taunted, rubbing over your clit again to force repetition of your reaction.
âS-Stop,â your chest heaved heavily as your hips chased his fingers, following where you needed him.
âHas anyone touched you here?â He asked and you shook your head in shame. âIf I ask you a question I expect you to answer it.â
âNo! No oneâs touched me down there!â You whimpered, a broken moan fighting not to escape.
âDo you know how to touch yourself?â His voice was low and seductive as he leaned to hover over your body. âDo you know what happens if you rub this little spot enough?â
You nodded again, clearly not learning from his last confrontation. âUse your words or Iâll shove the panties you were wearing in your mouth.â
âYes!â You exclaimed. âYes, it makes me cum!â
âWhat a smart girl you are.â He taunted, his administration orchestrating faster. âFrom now on you donât touch this. This is mine, I decide when you get to cum and only my fingers are allowed down here.â
Tears fell from the corners of your eyes as your chest raised faster. You knew he wasnât going to stop until you came, that you should just let your body take over. He was all you could think about the last day and a half. You shouldnât be upset he took charge because you never would.
âYouâre soaking my hand here princess.â Eddie teased. His dominant hand rubbed your clit while the other slid in between your lips. You cried out from the intrusion. âGod, fuck, youâre tight. My dick is gonna be too big for you.â
If you werenât already on the precipice of orgasm and steaming in terror youâd roll your eyes at his ego. âEddieâŚâ Your voice was wispy as your body felt like it was going into hyperdrive.
This felt different than any time youâd done it to yourself. More intense and animalistic. âYou wanna cum, baby doll?â
You defiantly ignored him tossing your head against the sheets, your back arching with it. Your teeth dug into your lip to keep from begging.
âCum for me, angel. Show me how much of a big girl you are.â
Your pelvis met his fingers with a new speed, the sound of the handcuffs jingling as you gripped your sheets. âFuck Eddie-â
A broken high pitch moan fell from your lips as your legs curled themselves around Eddieâs hands as if you could bring him any closer than he already was.
As you came down your ears began to ring and you attempted to catch your breath as if you had just crossed the finishing line of a marathon. You felt dizzy in the best way possible like you were on a cloud you refused to come down from.
âDamn sweetheart. Would you look at this?â Eddie pulled his hands from you, soaked in your sticky release like he had just dunked them in honey. âWho knew you had it in you, prude?â He wrapped his lips around each of his fingers, licking them clean before finishing disrobing himself.
Disgusted rushed through your veins as you scorned yourself for acting weak.
The sound of metal jingling as he slid his boxers down with his jeans and belt grew a shiver down your spine. âIâm not sure which one Iâm better at, playing guitar or finger fucking your cunt. I guess thatâs for you to decide.â
Dazed and out of it you didnât realize the tip of his throbbing cock stood at your entrance. âItâs just gonna hurt at first, but then itâll feel really good, I promise.â
âWha-Fuck Eddie!â
His entry kicked the breath from your lungs as he pushed himself inside. âNo, youâre too big. Eddie, it hurts! I donât like it!â
âItâll feel better in a second.â He retorted, pulling back his hips and thrusting in again slowly. He sounded like a wounded animal the way you were making him feel. âYouâre gonna learn to take my dick so well. I own you, Iâm going to fuck you and hurt you whenever the hell I want and thereâs not a thing you can do to stop me.â
The handcuffs latched around your hands jingled as they moved from above your head to push on his chest. âEddie, please! I promise I wonât tell anyone.â
He maneuvered your wrists back above your head before he tucked himself closer to you. Practically every inch of you was touching him, your legs wrapped around his waist with the coercion of his hands, both of your skin slicken with sweat and his hot heavy breathing against your skin smelled like cigarettes and menthol. He fought you to make it look like real intimacy.
âI know you wonât tell anyone baby,â he pressed a quick kiss to your lips which you didnât bother to reciprocate. âThatâs why Iâm doing this because I know you wonât tell.â
You groaned as a specific thrust sent stars to your eyes and you inadvertently wrapped your thighs tighter around him. âIâm just glad you had a cute little crush on me too. Weâll make such a cute couple donât you think?â
âFuck. You.â
The flat of Eddieâs palm came down and slapped your cheek tossing your head to the side. âThatâs not nice. It sounds like Iâm gonna have to teach you some manners.â
The coarse patch of hair rubbed against your clit and the semi-uncomfortable friction was making you weaker and weaker. You could feel him throb deep in you, wincing each time heâd push himself to the hilt.
A guitar pic laced around his neck ran across your jaw with the sway that matched the rhythm of his hips.
âJust want you to feel good, princess. Does that make me such a bad guy?â He panted, his lips finding the juncture between your jaw and the bottom of your ear.
The kisses he was pressing down your neck with the occasional sucking and bite surely creating bruises was too much to handle. âYouâre about to cum arenât you?â
âNoâŚyes⌠more.â You whimpered pathetically so close to being able to see the edge.
His slim fingers slid between your sweaty bodies, shakily finding the spot that you were needing. âIs that what you need, baby?â
Eddieâs hand rubbed against your clit the pushing of his hips trapping them against you.
All shame you had felt flew out the window when you felt better than words could describe. You had no idea sex could even feel like this. You had no idea you could even feel like this.
âOh my god,â you gasped. Your bound wrists left their position above your head to clutch his shoulders, digging your nails into the skin. The sound of your slick being rammed in over and over again was better than every Iron Maiden song to have ever been recorded.
âIâm going to cum,â his voice was gruff, a baritone vibrato echoing the feral caveman aspect of him. He should pull out, but his eyes landed on the disk on your bedside table. Fuck, youâre on birth control.
âW-Wait donât!!â
Eddie wrapped his hand around your throat like he would grab a kitten by the scruff. âKeep fighting me and Iâll cum in your ass next.â
His cock throbbed deep inside you like a thumb in a cartoon that just got hit by a hammer. You shut your mouth, letting your hands fall to your chest as you gave into him.
âTake it, baby, take my fucking load slut.â Eddie bared his teeth as a rowdy groan rang from his throat. His hips halted and you felt yourself being filled to the brim with the cum you drew from him. âDid so good for me baby. Youâre no longer my little virgin, youâre my girl now. My fuck toy and Iâm going to fill you as often as I can.â
//
Monday Eddie sat in Mrs. McMorgans classroom, watching the door like a hawk waiting for your arrival. Heâd yet to see you today but heâd been counting the minutes until the class you shared. A good girl like you wouldnât miss it willingly.
You were the last to enter the class, the bell ringing as your feet crossed the entryway. You had your binder curled against your chest, your eyes frantically finding his with a shade of terror and embarrassment soaking them the way you soaked his cock the other night. You looked like you were about to cry, your chest raised rapidly as you ripped your eyes from him and made a beeline to your desk.
âOh my god, does she have a hickey?â Riley Uliana gasped quietly to her friends beside her.
âThat was fast,â Nick Fredricks replied. âI wonder who itâs from. I bet sheâd suck any guy off, maybe I should try to get her alone.â
Eddieâs chest inflamed with anger before whipping his head back to the boy beside him and slamming his hands loudly on the desk. âNext time Iâll write my name in red marker around her neck if it makes it easier for you to grasp. That is if you can figure out how to fuckinâ read.â

Gasping for air you jolted up from your bed, panting and grabbing your chest, shaking violently at the horrible dream you just had. You quickly turned on your lights, your petrified eyes scanning as much as your room as possible, making sure you were alone. Eddie had been tormenting your mind. You felt him everywhere you went, you could hear his laughter, when you walked out in public you could almost sense him behind you but all those times he wasnât there. He plagued your dreams every single night since the day you left. Horrible dreams that you were back in that house, chained and beat for running away in the first place. There were nights where you dreamt that he murdered you, drained you of blood as your weakened voice begged him to stop, but he wouldnât, he would just laugh and drain you even more. That was the dream that you had tonight, and you couldnât go back to sleep.
The next day you went into class, dressed in all black and baggy clothing, as if it were a shield to the outside world, this was the only time you felt comfortable and safe. You ignored all the girls that laughed at you for wearing this, but it didnât phase you. Eddie would probably break their neck as soon as you complained to him about it. This brought a slight smile, but as soon as you realized what you were doing you stopped. What was wrong with you, how dare you think of him like this. He was monster, you needed to remember. As the hours passed you started to doze off in class, resting your head on your hands, but before you could fully close your eyes, the intercom went off, âAttention Hawkins High, may I have Y/N L/N to the office please, Y/N L/Nâ it blared. You quickly stood up, grabbing your things and heading down, wondering if you were in trouble.
When you walked in, the cops were inside the principals office, this could only mean one thing. âMiss L/N, head over to the principals officeâ the secretary instructed, point over with her pen. When you walked in you took a seat in front of the desk, the two cops standing besides the desk.
âGood Morning Y/n, we wonât keep you too long, these officers wanted to ask you a couple questions. Go aheadâ the principal addressed.
âWe found a van parked outside your home last night while we were driving by for a wellness check and we wanted to know if this looked familiar..â he asked propping down a photograph of the van, making your heart start to race, instantly recognizing it.
âIt didnât have any plates and we called a towing truck to go and get it but it was gone before it could get there. Now, we know what happened to you and we need to know if this looks even remotely familiar to youâ he asked handing you a pen and paper to write down your answer. They tried to get you to talk in the past but it never worked, they found that by giving you something to write on it would be more helpful.
âI donât knowâ you actually answered, refusing to make eye contact, getting the feeling that someone was watching you. âIâve never seen this van beforeâ you muttered looking straight down. âMiss Y/n, no one can hurt you anymore. You refused to describe to us what the person looked like and you arenât cooperating with us, you could get into big trouble for that. Just help us catch the person that did this to you. We can help youâ
âI DONT NEED YOUR HELP! I needed it before but now itâs useless, I managed to escape by myself and got to safety BY MYSELF. Just leave me alone, I donât want to keep getting reminded of what happenedâ you cried, storing out of the office.
As you broke down crying, Eddie smiled from the tree that he was sitting on, perfectly able to hear what was happening. You were slowly breaking apart, and even then you wouldnât tell them the truth. âSuch a good girlâ he whispered before leaping away, causing the tree to move and rattle.
You laid in bed, staring up at the ceiling unable to fall asleep. More so, not wanting to fall asleep. All you could do was think about Eddie, itâs all you ever did. His red eyes, his sinister smile with those shiny white fangs, the last gesture you saw was haunting. He would always be watching you. It felt like that constantly and you never doubted it, but when you saw the officer place the picture of the van on the desk, it scared you. He had to have been around. He probably is around now. The thought about having him close to you, was almost calming. You could feel yourself relax, after all if he killed you, you would technically be able to rest and if he didnât, then you would be able to rest either way because he would already be in the same vicinity as you.
With this, you started to close your eyes slightly, letting yourself go to sleep. Your body relaxing, breathing slower and slower until you were finally asleep.
Eddie watched you as your tossed around during the night, this was the only way he was able to be close to you everyday. He was upset that you ran away but he couldnât stay mad at you. You were the love of his life, and the fact that you clearly couldnât live in peace without him, made up for the fact that you ran. You couldnât live much longer without him, but he was patient enough to wait. He wanted to see you crumble first.
When your eyes opened, you had a slight moment of peace before you realized that you had woken up, the harsh reality settling in. The only thing that made you feel slightly better was that it was now Saturday, no need to leave the house. As you did all your chores to keep yourself busy, you got the feeling that someone was looking at you, quickly turning around only to see Eddie outside your window, smiling and waving at you. Your eyes widened, turning back to make sure your parents werenât around, but by the time your head whipped back, he was gone.
The feeling was odd. You were scarred, but glad you saw him. Grabbing your head harshly, you shut your eyes, âno no no stop itâ you whispered to yourself, halting yourself from any pleasant feelings that erupted. You slammed the door shut, locking it, your eyes watering at the frustration. You couldnât stop thinking about him, it even physically hurt knowing you would never see him again. Deep in your soul, you knew this to be false, there was no way you wouldnât see him again. It just felt like that.
Before you knew it, you were sobbing. There was no peace for you here. Eddie had done terrible things, but you still couldnât get over him. No one in this town was like him, and no one loved you like he did. You were miserable without him, and you couldnât take it anymore. He had to be angry with you, so you decided to go and find him. Maybe if he rejected you, you would be able to move on. Due to what happened, your parents didnât let you go out by yourself unless it was to school. So you sneaked out through the window, walking into the dozens of trees that led to where you think the house was. Eddie always had his eyes on you, just like he promised. When he didnât, he knew where you were because of the link he did. Your scent would be the most prominent, he was able to distinguish you from everyone, making it super obvious when you were alone.
Eddie was around the area, like he always was, so when he sensed you, his eyes got red and the unbearable pain he felt in his throat, coupled with the tightness in his jeans, suffocated him. He hadnât fed since the day you left him, much less has sex. He didnât want anyone, he just wanted you. He took a risk by not giving into his needs, wondering how long he could go without you. Eddie promised himself he would have you again, even if it meant taking you by force, but this was just a worst case scenario. He was confident with that bind.
Getting deeper into the woods, you started to get lost, feeling like you had gone in circles, you started to panic. This wasnât a good idea, now you had really done it. Your feet were hurting so you sat down on a stump, taking off your shoes to let your feet breath and stretch.
That when you heard a twig snap, quickly turning around. Starting to panic you put your shoes on and got up, quickly trying to run but you ran into something, making you stumble over your feet but before you fell backwards, HE caught you.
âDont worry princess, itâs just meâ Eddie said, his tone calm and collected.
âEddieâ you breathed, sounding relieved more than anything.
âMy beautiful y/nâŚitâs been a minute, hasnât it?â He asked in his seductive tone, your lips curling into a smile for the first time in what felt like forever.
You stayed silent, not knowing what to say. There were so many thoughts in your head but you couldnât pick the right one to say. Your mouth opened slightly trying to say something but it just quivered, unable to even start a sentence.
Eddie grabbed your face and kissed you gently, breathing you in how he had been craving these days. Your body quickly reacted to his touch, wrapping your arms around him, desperately kissing him back. This was the peace you were chasing. He was the only one that could give it to you. Eddie was fighting demons though, he was trying so hard not loose control. He just had to hold on a little longer. When he pulled away, he closed his eyes, his face clearly showing he was in pain. His teeth showing as he hissed slightly, swallowing what felt like a concrete ball scraping and struggling to go down his throat.
You didnât know what to say, should you apologize, asking him why he did what he did, yell at him, all these mixed emotions confused you. âEddie..Iâm sorryâ you finally said, making him open his eyes again. âIâm sorry for what I didâŚbut you have to underst-â
âI understand y/nâ he whispered recollecting himself finally.
âY-You do?â puzzled with his words.
âYeah, I understand that you donât love me anymore and that you wanted out. I just thought we could have been together from that point on but you made it pretty clear that you donât share the same feelingsâ he angrily said, sounding hurt as the words left his mouth.
âNo Eddie, thatâs not itâ you impulsively said, quickly placing your hand on his chest, âI justâŚI was scaredâ
âIâm sorry I kissed you, it was a mistake. Iâll take you back homeâ he said turning around, âEDDIE NO STOP!â You yelled making him halt his steps. He was smiling, knowing damn well what he was doing. You were so predictable and he loved it.
âIâm sorry for what I did. Please forgive me. I donât know why but I canât stop thinking about you. Even though I was locked inside a house in the middle of no where, I felt so much better than how I do now. I..â
You stopped, wondering if you should even say what you were about to say.
Eddie turned around to face you, taking steps closer to you. âI donât believe you. Those aren't the actions of someone that wants to be close to youâ he muttered, his demeanor cold and angry. Your foot started to step back, but you forced yourself to stay where you were, not wanting him to give him the impression that you were scared.Â
âI just want us to be okay again. Like normal couplesâ Eddie laughed as he shook his head, âIm not normal, so therefore we cant be together, maybe its a good thing you left. From now on Itâll be like I never existedâ his cruel words pierced your heart, the air catching in your throat as you tried to speak. Eddie watched your face light up with panic and concern, he could hear your heart beat faster now. He turned and started to walk away but you grabbed his hand before he fully turned his back, âNo Eddie please, dont do this to me. I made a mistake, pleaseâ voice cracking as your tears started to form. This isnt what you wanted, it didnt feel good. You didnt want rejection anymore, you realized that you wanted him now more than ever. Eddie was melting inside, he loved to hear you beg. He was the only one you wanted and not having him was making you die inside. âI will do whatever you say Eddie, I wont ever run away, I wont ever go against you. I cant live without youâ you cried holding your face in your hands in desperation. Eddie smiled, you were a mess with out him, just how he wanted.
Eddie quickly pinned you against a tree, âSwear to meâ he whispered pressing his body against yours, âSwear to me that you will give yourself to me in every aspectâÂ
You nodded desperately, âI swear..until the day that I dieâ you responded holding him close to you, fearing he would walk away again. He took in your beauty, your face was flushed with hints of pink and red from your cries. Your lips slightly puffy, your erratic breaths as you kept crying. He smiled warmly, caressing your face, wiping your tears away as you closed your eyes, leaning into his touch like a cat, your lips curling into a smile. âMy sweet girl, Ive missed you so muchâ he whispered before kissing you, your arms wrapped around his neck, desperately kissing him back. Your fingers tangled into his hair, your lips almost overpowering his. He couldnt let you one up him so he grabbed your legs and carried you up, making them wrap around his waist.Â
âIm starving for you y/nâ he grunted, his throat burning at the proximity of your neck. You halted your moves in order to take off your shirt and even moving your hair away from your neck. Seeing you so willing and desperate for his satisfaction made his cock twitch in his pants, âDo it Eddie, im not scared anymoreâ you reassured. His eyes turned red before sinking his teeth inside you. The warm liquid filling his mouth and coating his throat while his dick pressed against your warm pussy was almost enough for him to bust in his pants. His muffled moans vibrated in your ear, your skin getting goosebumps at the sinful sounds that he was making. He could feel himself reenergize, strength coming back. You were his eternal source of life, and he would never let you go again. He drank a lot more before he disconnected himself, wiping his face as he stared at your almost sleepy expression. âYoure never leaving me again, princess. I will never let you go, doesn't matter if I have to slaughter the whole town to get to youâ he warned unbuckling his pants before they fell at his ankles. Eddie put you down to undress your bottom half but placed the shirt on your back so you wouldnt hurt yourself on the tree. He brought you back up tp him before placing you right on his dick, your wetness making him slide right in.Â
Eddies words should have scared you but they didnt, they just made you want him more. âYes Masterâ you answered, as your eyes closed in pleasure, his hands that were decorated with rings grabbed onto your face making your eyes open back up, âLook at me while I fuck youâ he demanded. You smiled while you did as he said, giving him a quick kiss, âIm sorry Masterâ you mewled, as his hands grabbed onto your ass, drilling you nice and hard. âall those times that I snuck into your room I could have taken you back with me but I wanted you to suffer with out meâ he confessed kissing down your neck as you moaned, âYoure so cruelâ you choked out, making him slap your ass, "Would you have wanted me to take you while you were sleeping?â he asked making you moan, your answer clear as day.Â
âyou naughty dirty girlâ he hissed taking your lips into his. He felt complete again, he needed you just as much as you needed him and now that he had you with him, it couldnt have been any better. He wanted to see you suffer with out him, it just proved that the bond would be permanent. You lived for him now, your own identity died when you ran away, âYouâll never be able to be apart from me y/n, for when you do, you'll slowly go insaneâÂ
đ A/N: This is my first story in years, it's a long read and feels a bit rushed but I'm pretty proud of it. I spend months working on this story I hope you all like it. Was Supposed to be a one-part story but part 2 coming soon
Summary: You and Eddie have been friends since childhood, but ends when he shuts you out and starts dating Chrissy cunningham. you believe there's a deeper meaning.
word count: 8k
TW: 18+ Angst dark theme, Language, blood, fluff (at the end), someone being attacked, flashbacks, toxic father. the theme gets darker as it goes on. mention of deaths of un-named characters (Let me know if I missed anything) a little unedited
First, it started off with the small things âsorry y/n I canât hang out tonight Chrissy and I have plans.â you Breathe deeply this was the 2nd time this week that Eddie canceled on you. âOh okay, I guess Iâll catch you tomorrow?â you asked with hope.
âYeah we can do that.â a small smile formed on your face there was still hope. âokayâ there was an awkward pause. âUm, I'll see you then.â Eddie said nothing else just a simple âbye.âÂ
âBy-â the line went dead before the words came out, you cleared your throat trying to rid the knot that was in it. Moments went by sitting on the couch watching the news about another missing person, and you realized you didn't ask what time.
When Saturday rolled around you made your way to his trailer knowing it was okay to show up unannounced. friends since 8 his home was your 2nd and the same with yours
he spends more time at your home than his own not wanting to be alone because his uncle worked late sometimes. You too unseparated conjoined at the hip as your mom would sayÂ
At this point, you were able to read each other's minds so you thought.Â
you give a light knock hearing chatter, giggling and thuds coming from the inside, you stood there for 5 minutes before knocking again this time harder. you instantly hear silence the thudding come closer to the door as you watch the nob jiggle a few times before it swings open, you couldn't help it to jump back scared a bit only calming down when you see the shaggy hair man opening the door. he was out of breath sweaty and shirtless. âhey, w-â he cut himself off trying to catch his breath, swallowing hard before finishing âwhat are you doing here?â he asked looking confused.Â
You were a bit hurt at the fact that he forgot about today's plans with you but quickly pushed it to the side. âOh I just came to pick up the book I left here a few weeks agoâ you lied through your teeth, Eddie looked perplexed not remembering seeing any school books laying around but his own.
âoh, ill look.â he closed the door back hearing bits of talking coming from the open window on the side where his room was. you only realized later that someone was in there. you waited patiently wishing he would let you in like he always does, it made you feel like a stranger. He came back with a shirt on this time âemptying handed â sorry, Y/n/n, don't see it â âwha-â you cut him off. âthat's fineâ you backed away trying to find a fast exit âI probably have it home and just misplaced it.â That didn't make sense but you jumped on your bike anyway speeding down the road. Eddie closed the door only to realize that he made plans with you today. he swung open the door to call after you but you were nowhere in sight.Â
Then it all hit at once, he stop talking to you and stopped answering you all together âHey, Eddie.â you said cheerfully with a small wave as he walk past hand and hand with Chrissy, But he didnât see you at least thatâs what you hoped. You haven't seen spoke or him in 3 weeks since that day at the trailer park, you started eating alone at lunch, there was never any room at your usual seat since Eddie introduced Chrissy to everyone from hellfire club.Â
Your mom started to ask where Eddie was. âOh, he got a job so he's been busy.â You lied for some reason, you told her.
she didn't have to make extra food for dinner. after a while she stopped asking, making it all too real for you.
The day he told you he asked Chrissy out you were confused, he never expressed he was into the girl before. He always thought the popular kids were all self-centered assholes and you couldnât agree more, so what changed?
âSince when you're into Chrissy Cummings?â He looked at you for a minute, which made you feel bad for even asking, it wasnât really your business. âThe same reason you were into Eric Scott,â He said, stuffing more food into his mouth. You didnât know where that came from but you made it into a joke â Okay you got me there.â You laughed but he didnât join in. He got up to put his dishes into the sink.
You didnât know why he was being so secretive about his relationship with Chrissy he wasnât with his short-term ones, he told you everything from the sex to the non-stop fighting, every little detail he told you.Â
You didn't find out about Chrissy until about a month into the relationship.Â
When DnD night rolled around Dustin took the courtesy to inform you âHey, y/n you're coming tonight right?â He asked you you frowned. âcoming. to. what. tonight?â inch out each word hoping he would fill in the blank, You smiled but still frowned âTo play DnD⌠duhâ he cut his eye at Mike. âSince you missed the last few games.ââÂ
âWhat?â You looked between the two boys confused âYeah, itâs tonightâ Dustin didnât catch the hurt and confusion in your voice, racing thoughts going across your mind and face âthe last few games Chrissy has taken your place.â Panic ran to your core making you feel sick when you heard that. Did he replace you? That can't be true not your best friend he wouldnât do that.
You didn't hear a word Dustin said only catching the end â She's not a bad player, sheâs pretty fun.â He smiled thinking about the soft blond. âDude.â Mike finally intervenes.
âIâll catch you guys tonight.â You quickly said speed walking away from the pair.Â
He wouldnât do that right? you're his best friend, conjoint at the hip your mom would always say since forever you thought. Maybe he thought you were busy? no, you thought he was cutting you off does he realize his doing it? You had this battle with yourself for weeks now unable to have a real clear thought without Eddie clouding it. he was eating at your brain nonstop and he doesn't even know it, the love of your life lives carefree fuck free without the thought of you in his mind while he plagued yours.
=
you hesitated to open the door hearing shouts coming from the other end, you had this battle all day and it all added up to this moment you couldn't help this feeling of not being wanted there was a few time you felt like this when your dad left,Â
You couldn't help to think about those things when Eric Scott lost a bet and had to ask you out and humiliated you when going for the first kiss on a date âEw, I can't keep this upâ he push himself back rolling away from you. âwhat?â You were confused âdid you really fucking think I was into you?â Dread washed over you, you knew it was all too good to be true. stupid stupid stupid you repeated to yourself. Snickering made you come back to reality, people were watching you. You turn to leave the ring but bummed into something hard, looking up it was Eddie âAre you okay?â he asked, holding both sides of your face blocking you from the world, you allowed yourself to break, tears quickly growing in your eyes almost falling to your knees. Eddie grabbed you, helping you sit down. âI wanna go home, I wanna go home.â you repeated people walked by haggling you, making kiss faces you cried harder âfuck off!â Eddie shouted.
he looked up watching Eric laughing with his friend's hand and hand with his girlfriend before walking away. âFUCK THISâ Eddie grunted through his teeth jumping up and making his way to the unaware boy his feet hit the floor hard enough to sound like bass of the music itself. you cleaned your eyes barely calming down, glimpsing around for your best friend into you heard a shout âGET OFF OF HIM.â GET OFF OF HIM YOU FUCKING PSYCOPATH.â You looked up seeing people were no longer Snickering and pointing at you but looking behind you, you whipped your head to the sound. You searched into your eyes and landed on Eddie punching Eric.Â
His head flew back hitting it the floor below him. he tried to push him off, putting his hand in Eddieâs face. But regretted it when he bit him, Eric hollered in pain. Eric's girlfriend screamed hitting Eddie on the back. You kick the skates off and started running into the forming crowd pushing past people trying to get to your best friend.Â
You looked back seeing Justin and the rest of Eric's friends re-entering the building.Â
Panicked rushed over you, and started moving faster to get to him. You drop to the floor crawling finding gaps to get to Eddie faster making some people fall along the way âSorry.â not sure if it rushed any ears finally getting to reaching him.
You grabbed him trying to pull him off the boy but failing and falling on your ass, you hear shouting coming from the other side of the crowd knowing Justin and the others are getting closer and are coming to not fight fair. You jumped on Eddieâs back âEddie.â You whined out, tears slowly speeding back up, you wouldnât know what to do if he got hurt defending you.âWe have to go.â You cried out but still went unnoticed Eddies face was red and hot when you touched it. âEddie, please stop.â You sobbed lips hitting the shell of his ear, you watched the boy below him bloody. Thatâs when Eddie stopped mid-punch. You wrapped your arms around his torso, finally feeling him breathe for the first time. âWe have to go,â you said again pulling him by his vast but that barely did anything. Eddie stood full height slowly backing away with your pulls watching Eric cough up blood. Justin made it to his friend, his eyes widened at the harm, and his wilded eyes met Eddies. âCOME ON.â You pulled, Eddie saluted Justin and smiled he stumbled a bit from your pulling.Â
âYour fucking dead Munson!â Justin was hot on his tail but got closed off by the people to see the damage and to see what was going on. You and Eddie slipped past with ease running to the van and jumping in. speeding off hearing shouting and glass hitting and breaking against the van.
Neither of you said anything you relaxed a bit but the fear soon rolled in when you got back to eddies place.
When you both made it to the safety of Eddieâs home it all sits and you begin to freak outÂ
You started to breathe heavily, tears blurred your vision. You were so focused on trying to hide your fear you didnât know Eddie noticed.
âHey,â Eddie said softly, coming near you and resting his hands on your shoulders bending a bit. looking into your eyes âno one is coming to hurt me or lock me up, okay?â he already knows what was running through your mind. âbut you don't know that.â you cried out, finally letting your tears fall.Â
âThey, won't I promise,â he said sitting next to you pulling you into his side. You cried silently to yourself, Eddie rested his head on yours bringing a hand up to rest on your head playing with a few stands, âare you okay?â you asked barely in a whisper. Eddie chuckled a bit. âI should be asking you that.â he put his hand on your forehead. You hmmed a bit but didn't answer him at first âI'm okayâ you finally said he signed â I know your not, tell me babeâ He whispered. You didn't miss the way your heart jumped at the pet name. âI don't know, it's stupid I should have known better. You played with your fingers. âIt's not stupid, what he did was wrong.â he swallowed hard feeling the anger coming back and putting his head back.Â
You lay back as well resting your head on Eddieâs lap looking at the demi light hitting the ceiling. âBut I should have known better.â That Eddie could agree with, you should have known better not because heâs a popular guy but because he is the popular guy that makes fun of people like you and him endless teasing. And the way that eric treats other women he didn't want that for you, especially the ones that he sees below him.
You laughed a little, making Eddie look down at you. âWhy would anyone like me?â you asked yourself, not knowing you said it out loud. Into Eddie spoke up âI like you.â he smiled to himself. âNot like that Eddie.â You whispered sadly, âNo one is going to like the town freak, I'm not a cheerleader, Iâm, not Chrissy Cunningham,â you said in a humorless laugh. âShe has it allâ you finished âI wonder what her dad is like.â you thought out loud again. âIs he a bastard like mine or does he love her.â this was the first time you said anything about your dad in years he was surprised.
âThe imagination really, sets you up for failure.â your breath was shaky â God I can't believe I thought he was different.â How so? Eddie asked already knowing the answer.
âI don't know.â you didn't want to talk about it anymore, unable to find the words to explain the feeling of being loved to only learn it wasn't real you knew that all too well. Because right now all you were feeling was false hope âI just thought everything would be perfect. Like what the fast kiss would feel likeâ you said so low Eddie barely heard it. He knew what you were getting at.
Eddie watched the tears build with the reflection of the light, hating the fact that someone has called you so much hurt he felt that when you cried for days about your dad. He knew it himself about his own parentsâŚ. rejected.
âDonât let him make you feel that way.â He said feeling his cold rings rest on the side of your face and turning your head to meet his big doe eyes. He lightly stroked your cheek. Tear finally falling from your eyes, he whipped them. âSo what you've never been asked out or never been kissed.â he said studying your face, he opened and closed his mouth as if he was going to say something but stopped.Â
âThat's why you donât go out with people that have two first names.â he joked earring a genuine laugh from you and wiping your tears. âThere she isâ He smiled leaning down and kissing your forehead.
You and Eddie fail a sleep like that.
Days went on you waited anxiously for the cops to come for Eddie but no one came.Â
turns out that Eric had bought drugs from Eddie and didn't want to ruin his âgood boyâ image if Eddie got locked up and the truth somehow came out, âsee I told you.â Eddie gives you a shit-eating grin. You chewed Eddie out after you learn what he was doing in the woods after school.
Times are different now you thought now it felt like you didn't know him anymore and he never knew you, you kind of wish it was true it would save you from this feeling.Â
you heard loud shouts coming from the inside that made you decide altogether. unlocked your bike getting ready to jump on and ride awayÂ
âY/N, hey. You turn to see Lucas and Max approaching you âHey,â you smiled warmly âYou finally made it.â pain pinged in your chest everyone thought you just didn't want to come anymore. âWait are you leaving?â Max asked looking at the bike in your hand. You followed her eye to the bike âNo.â you lied, cursing yourself. âMy.â you stop to get your story straight âThe bike lock isn't working and I was trying to figure out what was wrong with it.âÂ
âAw, donât worry about it just bring it in,â Lucas suggested max agreed you nodded giving a tight smile.Â
They both walk to the door opening it for you âHey, Look who we found outsideâ Max yelled in everyone looked at you walking in âoh my god, you came.â Jeff yelled jumping up and meeting you halfway, you couldn't help to smile and laugh as he pick you up making you drop your bike and spinning you around. â I missed you too.â You giggled he put you down picking up your bike âwhere have you been?â Gareth askedÂ
You were about to answer when you locked eyes with Eddie's in that moment it felt like you were the only two in the room. He smiled a little and it felt like your heart bloomed making you feel alive again all your pain, hurt and anger seem to disappear you felt relief for the first time in weeks it felt like hope, and you smiled back.
He broke contact when the blonde grabbed his arm and wrapped herself around him. He smiled big at her as if she was the only thing in the world to him, with that the feeling in your chest disappeared you looked away taking your stuff off and talking to the othersÂ
Once everyone settled you had nowhere to sit your spot was next to Eddie in past games but was occupied by Chrissy. âAny more chairs?â you asked looking aroundÂ
Eddie frowned âyour staying?â he asked you stopped in your track âYeah.â you laughed outÂ
âWere too far in Vecnaâs cures to introduce new characters,â Eddie said, his face was unreadable. âthat's fine I can play my usual role.â you want back looking for a chair behind the pile. âNo,â he said with demand âWhat?â you were confused at his coldness to you â I gave Chrissy your role.â everyone's heads shot to Eddie. âYou what?â You asked feeling your body warm with heat
âYou didn't show up for the past few games.â He said with a blank stare, Who was this you were talking to this wasn't your best friend you were looking at â that's because you didn't tell me about those games.â you stood your ground
âI shouldn't have to tell you about schedules .â he leaned on the table he wasn't making any sense but was trying to make a point
âWhich You didn't bother to give me.â You talked over him. âY/n,â He sighed. âEddie,â you said folding your arms.
The other watched as if you and Eddie were in a heated tennis match
He stood back to his full height chuckling to himself he knew you weren't giving up that easy. âlike I said we are too far into the storyline to add a new character,âÂ
âWhat is your problem?â you ask finally at your breaking point with him. âNothing.â He said with a blank stare.
âDid I do something to you?â You tried to hide the hurt in your voice. You know you didn't do anything to Eddie you just want to see if that would push him over the edge, and heâll tell you the truth you continue before he can answer â first it the barely answering my calls, to not don't hanging out, to ignoring me completely in public, now this.â your breath was shaky
Your word vomiting was getting to him his face turned red and started to breath heavy âmaybe it's because I canât stand fucking being around you.â he said with anger and hate. That shut you up, that feeling again, that feeling you felt so many times before but this one was worse. Tears blurred your vision. You waited for him to take it back but he never did. It felt like you were stabbed in the heart, and heat rose to your ears. âOh wow.â You couldn't hide your shaky voice as tears rolled down your face, he really meant that you thought.Â
The room was quiet, everyone was shocked at his Outburst. in all your years of knowing Eddie he has never gotten angry to the point of yelling at you. You may fight and debate but never to the point of never hurting each other's feelings.Â
You were blinded by emotions not thinking straight, you want to grab your stuff making your way to your bike, and out the door, âYouâre an ass you know that.â Erica said once you made your way outside Before you heard the others shouting from the other side.
You stood there for a minute not knowing what to do. You felt lost just as you did when your father left, but this felt different this was pain.
The feeling of rain brought you back to Reality. You put your stuff on trying your best to not end up sick. Tears blind your vision, clumsy wrapping the scarf around your neck.Â
The light rain fell a bit heavier when you made your way down the road, leaving Eddie once again this time it felt like for good.Â
Once you made it home, you were freezing but too far away to care you wet the floors as you made your way to your bedroom. Luckily your mom wasn't home to scold you about it and about being out late with a possible killer being on the loses, But only wishing she was. hoping it will be dry when she got home.Â
you got straight into bed wanting the day to end, passing out soaking the sheet as you fall harder. Lightly hearing the phone ring in the distance, too exhausted to answer it you let go letting another tear roll down your cheek before shutting the world out the ring finally stopped.

The sun peck through the curtains waking you, still in the same position as the night before. You lay there pleased with the peace of first waking up, into last night's events filled your mind again. Your vision blurred your heart sank further. This feeling you dread, you fight back tears but the pain only grows worse A knock snapped you back to reality âhey, kid.â Your mom enter, and you dragged your face across the bed wiping the unfalling tears from your eyes. âYou're going to be late for schoolâ She reminded you. You only nodded, she turned to leave closing the door behind her. But to only re-enter âDid you fall asleep with your clothes on?â She asked. âYeah I was tired after I got in late from hanging out with Eddie last night.â you half lied, setting up. you wouldn't necessarily call it hanging out. You didnt know what hell to call it, you didnt know a lot these days you thought.Â
âM'kay, but try not to do that it'll probably be a while before I can get you some more.â She reminded you. âSorry, mom I forgot.â She gives you a reassuring smile before walking out. Your biggest supporter, only wanting the best for you sacrificing so much for you. Held you when you cried over your father, she held it together. But yet you shut her out, lying to her for weeks about what's going on between you and Eddie. You couldnât bring yourself to tell her the truth, feeling if you do it be true no longer in your head. The guilt set in, and your tears rolled down your cheeks. Too much was hitting you at once. You finally made your way into the bathroom ready to get this day over with.Â
When you made it to school you made sure to avoid everyone as best you could skipping lunch, and trading sits so you could sit at the back of the class so you wouldnât sit in the middle of Gareth and Jeff.Â
Weeks want by you come home later and later not wanting to be alone with your thoughts. Taking on Small tutoring jobs to keep your mind off things when you werenât doing your own studies, spending hours on them it semi kept you groundedÂ
Packing your things up and ready to head home, you looked around one last time making sure your mess is clean so Mr. Quinn won't have more work to do. âYou heading out?â âThis earlyâ you turned When you heard Mr. Quinn. You looked at your watch striking â10:49 this was early for these days âYeah, I have an exam in the morningâ you smiled, putting your backpack on. âall right.â âbe safe out there kid, Iâll see you tomorrowâ âsee you tomorrowâ You walked backward before turning around heading out. The cold air hit you as it did every night making sure you buddle up well so you won't get sick again.Â
You hopped on your bike like you did every day and made your way down the road. Light rain softly hit you âFuck.â You swear. Nowhere near home, you knew you were going to get sick again. You push harder to try to make it home faster speeding down the road something knocks the wind out of you calling you to fall to the ground hard. You were dazed blinking a few times from the ground meeting your head, slowly getting up stumbling a bit to grab your bike from the other side of the road. Your body burned with body aches as you bind down.
Stopping in your tracks when you heard noise from the woods balls ring in your head that something knocked you off and not you just falling. Not wanting to stay around you tried to jump back on your bike to only see big long deep cuts on your leg, blood poured out making you feel faint. The same sounds made you look back into the woods this time growling. You tried to get back on your bike wincing in pain and falling off again. You looked towards the woods, seeing glowing eyes in the leaves. Your heart race getting up a final time looking back at the woods hopping on the bike shakenly making your way down the road, looking back you see a dark mask making its way to you. You screamed as you were knocked back off feeling cold but hot on your arm looking down and seeing more long deep cuts in it.Â
The rain fell harder as your world went dark.
Bright lights blind you through your lids. you heard voices all around but couldnât make them out âIâm sorry, we don't know what's going you with your daughterâ you heard. A loud sob broke out, who is that you thought? âWhat attacked her?â âwhat kind of animal could do this?â they asked again. You recognize the voice it was your mom, you tried to call out to her but nothing come out your throat was dried and hurting. âWe don't know.â was all the man could say âSo what now,â She asked through her tears âJust spend the little time she has left with her.â She cried harder tears ran down your face why is she crying? You tried to speak again but you were stopped again in pain. âOh, baby.â You felt soft hands grab yours. She kissed them. Her voice sound faded you blinked out. You don't know how long but when you come back she was still talking.
âWho did this to you?â âWhat happened?â I don't know mom you thought you could feel your throat getting tight preparing to cry. Into last night events ran through your mind again making you panic and making you jerk hard, you felt a pain on your side. âDr. Drew!â your mom got up yelling.
You couldn't stop your body from moving You heard footsteps enter the room âWHAT'S HAPPING.â your mom screamed, âWHY IS SHE BLEEDING FROM THE EYES.â Your mom shrieked. â GET HER THE HELL OUT OF HERE!â The doctor said You felt small, far away, everyone sound like they were at a distance. You could hear your mother crying, you tried to talk again but still nothing, making you panic even more. You scream but nothing, you could feel yourself fade in and out. Am I dying you thought, is this what you heard? They were talking about you. You could hear your hollow breath, heartbeat reaching your ears. You faded out one last time.Â
=
Feeling coldness on your face, you could hear a voice getting closer. âIâm so sorry.â someone whispered âI don't know if you can hear me.â you heard a sniff. âBut I want you to know.â the words were breaking up as the tears grow thicker. âI. Love. you.â They broke down. Feeling dried lips on the side of your face, Eddie? you thought. He rubbed your face kissing you again. Eddie, Iâm here. I can hear you, I love you too you cried out. You tried to move but nothing you felt trapped.Â
He looked over your sickly body, he watch as your veins swell and pulsate unnaturally under your skin your eyes looked sunken. he watches sweat and black blood pour off your body tubes down your throat, you breathe fast as if you were panting.
You don't know how long you were like that, but you listen. He talked from your childhood to know. âGod.â He sighs. He stopped for a bit.â This all my fault.â He broke the silence. This is not your fault you said to him, this is no one's fault.
He continued, but he started to sound far away. Not again, he fades in and out. You started to panic, pain rose up in your body and you jerked again. Making him stop, he got up.Â
The monitors want off, your mom ran back into the room. âSHEâS HAVING ANOTHER ATTACKâ she yelled back in the hall the nurses ran in the doctors close behind. âWhat's going on?â Eddie asked in a panic. Your mom pulled him to the side and explain to him in tears about the violent attacks that's been happening every few hours, and whatever attacked you poison you and its been slowly killing you. He drown out whatever else your mom said, his heart raced his blood ran cold. You were dying, he slowly back out of the room running down the hall, hearing your mom call after him, he knew what was going on.
=
Later that night he made his way back to the hospital, leaving in a hurry he couldn't control himself this time, holding so much in he didnt want to hurt anyone. He lightly touches your mom's arm, making her look up. She smiled a little. happy to see him back, she looks back at you. âI've been so scared to leave her.â She whispered, catching a tear and wiping it away. Eddie didnt want her to leave the room but she had to it was the only way for him to save you. He took the spot next to your mom, he didn't know how long he sat like that.Â
just watching you.Â
He knew he fucked up, and if this work youâll probably wake up hating him for how he treated you. A sound coming from your mother's stomach dragged him from his thoughts. He chuckled looking her way she did the same. âYou should probably get some food.â He told her. She shooked her head.â I canât leave her.â she shifted back, resting her head on her hand. âIt will probably do you some good to get out of the room for a bit.â He suggested, she smiled not letting it reach her eyes. âIt's okay, I'll be with her,â he added. âYou're not going to let up are you?â She asked He shook his head, she sighed letting her legs fall to the floor. âOkay.â She got up hooking her purse over her shoulder. Looking over her at you before walking out. Eddie watches as she went down the hall disappearing. He got up closed the blinds and shut the door.
 As another attack was coming.
He walked to the side of your bed, taking the heart monitor off your finger and putting it on his own. resting his hand on your cheek has you jerked. âHey can you hear me?â he asked in another low whisper feeling like he was redoing from hours before, he rubbed your face. Wiping the blood coming from your eyes. âIt's okay, I'm here, calm down.â he kissed your cheek âI'm going to fix this.â âI promise.â he finished.Â
There was a pause, there was nothing. Only end when you felt pain ring through your body again but this was different. Your world slowed down, it felt like you were floating, and you couldn't help but laugh. '' What's so funny?â Eddie asked, smiling, taking the blunt from you. âNothing.â you giggled âGod your high as a kite.â he laughed, âTold you it wasnât so bad.â he continued. âAnd here you were losing your shit about me smoking. Now look at you.â he pats your arm. âHey, I wasnât talking about you smoking it I was talking about you selling it.â You closed your eyes lying back. âAt least you can get weed for free now.â He laughed. âTell me how dilated are my pupils?â you asked scooting closer to him. He laughed harder this time. âWhat?â you asked âI can't see them if you don't open your eyes dummy.â He said trying to catch his breath. âStopâ You whine, smacking his leg. âOkay, okay.â he giggled. âOpen them.â He leaned in.
When you did there was nothing you were met with darkness. You started to panic âEddie!â you screamed out. âWhere are you!â He sound far away, you looked around. Water at your feet. You started running, You could hear him but he was still far away. You kept going it felt like hours but you can hear he was getting closer. âIâm here.â it sounds like you were right on him when pain took over and you fell to the hollow wet floor. âIt will be over soon,â He said. You cried and screamed this was worst then before you closed your eyes.Â
Brightness took over and you reopen them you blinked a few times trying to adjust to the bright light. The room was white, you closed them again. â Hey, donât close them on me, dummy.â You heard someone say. You looked to your right seeing Eddie looking right at you. He smiled âThere go those big eyes.â He breathed out in relief. You tried to speck but was stopped only realizing that there was a tube in your throat. You reach up weakly trying to pull it out but Eddie stopped you, calming you before slipping the monitor back onto your finger. Your mom walked back in the room specking âhey did Dr. Drew come bac-â She stopped dropping her food  âOh My Godâ âOh My Godâ she repeated â Shes awakeâ she yelled out of the room before rushing to your side.Â
Nurses rushed into the room shocked at the fact you were a wake Dr.Drew not too long after âHoly shitâ he breathe out. Just as shocked, just hours before you were at death's door. He rushed to your side as well. In all the chaos you couldn't take your eyes off of Eddie, confused you didnt know why he was here. As a matter of fact, you couldnât remember anythingÂ
You spend days trying to piece together what happened, you remembered leaving the library but thatâs it. You even asked your mom but she was just as confused, only saying that could have been the next victim to the killer thatâs been hunting Hawkins for months now but no one was sure since no one was found dead or alive.
Given your wounds and odd sickness the doctor thinks you were actually attacked by a sick wolf, but for some reason that didnât sit right with you.Â
You asked Eddie, but he brushed it off not knowing himself, and was just as lost. You couldnât help the fact that Eddied's behavior was unreadable. He seemed like his normal self but something was off like he knew more than what he was leading on, but you chalked it up to the fight that you two had and he just didn't know how to talk about it with you. You couldnât blame him you felt the same way, (it was your first ever real fight), or was it something elseâŚ.Â
Eddie knew more than what he was saying, He saw what attacked you he knew all too well. he saw it when your blood hit his tongue that night you woke up, it rush through him like wind it almost knocked him off his feet. Itâs what he craved for every given day it's all he thought about the taste of you on his tongue. He couldnât tell you that he couldnât show you his true self he couldnât hurt you⌠right?Â
He prayed that you won't remember, you didnât need to. You needed a normal life he struggle with the thought for days. But it needed to be without him.
He watched your smile slowly disappear. â Whatâs wrong?â You asked watching him closely, he could see fear and panic take over, he looked away he hates seeing you like this he had seen it come and go many times before and too many times these past few months. âI-â He stopped himself, and he breathe. He looked nervous, you smiled a little, this was the Eddie you knew. Open willing to tell you everything, but you were still in the dark about his acts. It's still like you know a stranger. For the first few days, it was strange waking up to him by your side. You couldn't stop looking at him, a feared heâll disappear. You watched him carefully afraid if you made the wrong move heâll run away. It's only been a few hours since you been back home and he barely said anything to you, you felt guilty that he was stuck watching you while your mom ran errands.Â
He could be with her. Â
âDo you remember anything from that night?â He asked looking back at you from the tv that showed more people have been going missing.Â
For the umpteen time âNo.â You mumbled, feeling your blood boil, Annoyed with yourself for not remembering. âWhy do you keep asking me that?â You frowned trying to hide being upset. âNo reason at all.â He rubbed his hands together giving a quick fake smile looking around the room not looking at you. You knew he was lying. â What, are you a cop or something?â You joked he smiled looking back at the tv leaning on his hand. You both set like that for a while, he couldnât find the words to tell you how much he felt. â Do you remember anything from the Hospital Before waking up?â He broke the silenceÂ
You thought for a bit âI remember.â You stopped, thinking again âI remember some things, I know everything sounded far away,â You said in a small voice trying not to cry you didnât wait the trapped feeling to come back, you thought you were going to be trapped there forever.
He got up from his spot sitting next to you pulling you into a gentle hug âThere was so much pain.â You sobbed. âAnd I heard you and my, my momâ and I was screaming out for you both but I couldnât.â This was the first time in years he has seen you cry, he wish he never asked he didnt want to make you upset but that's all he was doing these days making you upset. Eddie held you tightly kissing your head âIâm sorry.â He said in between each kiss, he wish he could take your pain away. You didnât ask why was he saying sorry, you didnât want to. You didnât want this to end âYou know I love you right?â He sniffed âYah,â you gave a weak smile âYou're my best friend.â Just in the blank of an eye, you forgot the last few months right there looking into Eddieâs eyes.Â
He sighed. you shift uncomfortably in your sit. not because of pain but because you didnt want to read the room wrong and make him uncomfortable and run off again â Not like that.â You didnt know what he was on about. He pulled away looking at you. You watched him anxious fearing that you messed up. You hesitantly wiped his tears, he did the same to you. You couldnât help to smile. he slowly dragged his thumb down your cheek, looking at every line ever mark on your face he didnât want to forget them. He had to tell you how he felt he couldn't drag this out anymore he was running out of time.
He slowly leaned in. he could feel you tensing up, his lips hovered over yours before connecting. his lips were soft on yours, Eddie could do this forever, this is where he belonged. Â
It hit you, you pulled away you avoided his reaction not wanting to see him hurt. âWhat is this?â you didnât know what you were asking. âWhat are we doing?â You mat his eyes  âI never wanted to hurt you, I just wanted to protect you.â He let out. â Protected me?â You ask bewildered at his words âProtected me from what Eddie?â You asked worried now, you searched in his eyes for answers. âI.â He stopped himself âI can't tell youâ He sound defected. He reached for your face before you could say anything, You pulled away.
âPlease.â tears filled your eyes. â Just tell me what's going on.â you asked again âyouâve Been acting weird for months now.â you finished. Again Eddie didn't say anything, he didnât want your last time together to end like this âPlease, I just Want you to know I love you.â He whispered more to himself. He stretched for your face again but you pulled away. His hand closes into a fist, knuckles turning white. âDon't.â He breathes out, âDonât what Eddie?â You were pissed now. âDonât you have a girlfriend,â you asked coldly, you didn't know where this was coming from but your heart was crying out. âDon't.â He said repeated âDon't bring up the fact you have a girlfriend? Or at the fact that it had to take me to almost die for you to talk to me.â You tried to calm yourself, the anger was making you vibrate calling you pain.Â
âBut your barley doing that are you?â You tried to catch the sob that come out. You tired to move away from him but hurting your leg in the process. âShe's not my girlfriend.â He boomed making you jump calling you to hurt your whole body you winced.Â
Eddied jumped to your side again looking you over making sure you didnt make any wounds open up. âWhat do you mean she, 's not your girlfriend?â You tired to easy the pain running though your body, attempting to look into his eyes. He looked away he couldnât lie to you looking into your eyes. He can feel himself drifting away he was losing control. He stood up, he didnt what it to end like this. He couldn't let it, but he was running out of time. He thought about all the things he wasnât able to find words for.Â
He quickly kneed down taking in your lips again putting his all in, he wasn't able to find the words but he could show you, right? You melted far this time, this kiss was different than the last one. Eddie longed for this kiss for years and he never notice it but this was what he wanted if only he could turn back time and do things differently.
This is what you wanted for the longest, you and Eddie. You wanted to be the one by his side, not the one watching. You want him to be your everything. âJust tell me what your thinking.â You said lowly against his lips. He landed another light kiss and started to back away, his mind was feeling clouded this was wrong he shouldn't be doing this to you. His leading you on, hes leaving you forever so why was he doing this? He needed to end this right here right now so you could move on, so why wasn't he doing it? his mind was saying another but his body was doing another. He wishes he could take back the kiss but he was being greedy and it will only end up hurting you more. He's famous for only thinking about himself not caring for you, taking your first kiss, and running away after. He spends so much time running lovers off from you, what gives him the right to move on and not you? End this now he was screaming at himself, he was so deep in thought that he didnt know you were talking to him.
âIt was a good bye kiss.â He said looking down, why was he saying this? This is not what he wanted to say. âWhat?â You were confused by all of this. âI'm sorry,â he said, running his hands through his hair and face, getting impatient with himself. âThis will be the last time you'll see me.â He got up from his spot on the floor, you tried to do the same from the couch but failed and fell back down. âEddie what's happing to you?â you askerd looking him over, you didnt know this person in front of you. This wasn't your Eddie, he wasn't making any sense, and he was aware of that. This time getting up grabbing a better hold of the walker. âWhere are you going?â you questioned. He didnt say anything âGod Eddie why are you being like this?â you cried out. He still wasn't saying, it was like he was in a trance. âEddie?â You called out, you called out once again âjust know, everything I have done was to protect you.â He whispered.Â
âFrom what?â you cried out harder, he looked at you, and you gazed harder into his eye seeing something strange in them, you moved to look closer but he moved away fast, reaching for his things âDon't run away from me.â You begged âyou've been doing this for months ever since you got with her, it's like I don't know you anymore.â your voice cracked, and he stopped in his place he knows this, and that hurts him but he has his reasons. Pain ran through his body, he needed to go he had to get his thoughts together, he wasn't thinking straight. If he stays longer it might end bad, he can not live with himself if something happens to you or if he calls it himself. Â
You waited for him to say something before you continued âEvery since you started dating Chrissy Cunningham you've been acting beyond weird. you went over this so many time in your head but still couldn't pieces together what was going on. Before he could stop himself he was on you kissing you again, making you fall back on the couch. She winced in pain but it was long forgotten. Eddie didnt know what to do, what was he doing? He was leaving so how did he end up back attached to you, He tried to pull away but the more he tried the more he hugged you. It's like he was stuck to you. He was gentle and slow like he was saving every moment, he touched you softly as if you would break. His hands gradually move along your body, his every move had you in a trance.Â
Eddie started to move faster and became rough in a blink of an eye. It was like a switch turned off, he grabbed at you hard you could feel your stitches pulling and wound pull apart you cried out, but that didnt stop him âYour. hurting. meâ You tried to breathe through the pain. âStopâ you pushed at him, an unhuman growl rattled you. You panicked pushing him harder with the little strength you had. He was grabbing a bitting at your skin. âStop!â you shrieked. He jumped back looking around confused and crazed look on his face out of breath. âWhat's wrong with you?â you asked. He was still baffled âEddie?â he looked back at you, eyes slowly looking down seeing your top slowly turn red. âPlease talk to me.â you haven't noticed it yourself only foucseing on him.Â
He jump up from his spot whispering to himself, you were lost in his actions you didnât say a word you just watch him scared.Â
This wasn't the Eddie you knew.Â
You slowly got up making your way attending to do so, moving slowly to him lightly touching him. âEddied .â you called out as if he was a scared bird, Eddie you called out one last time before he whipped around at you â DONT FUCKING TOUCH ME!â he screamed at you. once again sounding inhuman like a beast, proving that it wasn't in your head earlier. His face was veiny his eyes were hollow black. you jumped back almost falling, he quickly moved from you before making a b-line to the door opening it taking off his favorite ring putting it down. Looking over his shoulder. â Goodbye. y/nâ his face slowly turned back to normal before walking out.
You were hot on his heels not caring about the pain that run through your body, limping out into the darkness the moonlight pouring down on you. you winced in pain. âEddie,â you called,Â
You watch him make his way to his van, trying to move faster but only falling. âEddie, please don't leave me.â you cried, he stopped at the door before looking back he looked as if he wanted to say something but he never did with that he jumped in the van leaving you there crying. âEddie! please!â you drugged yourself across the grass.
âEddie!â you watch him go further into the distance. âEddie, please don't leave me.â You sobbed out.
just like that, he was gone.Â
rain began to pour.Â
You let out another blood-curdling scream in pain before everything went black.Â
