I have watched Bungou Stray Dogs, The Case Study of Vanitas, Spy X Family (S1&2) and Apothecary Diaries, as well as two donghua: Heaven Official's Blessing, and Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation. I did watch The Ancient Magus' Bride, but not S2. I attempted to watch Black Butler but gave up during S2. I have minor hatred by association towards Fairy Tail, so don't intend to watch that. Opinions are welcome.

Hopefully this show gets a Season 2, I guess when they have more content from the manga? It really leaves off like they're intending on there being a S2 one day.
