The dragon monster is called a Dark Eel which was a scrapped enemy from the PS3/Xbox 360 version of Sonic Unleashed but can be found in specific DLC stages for the game.
The eyeball monster is called a Spike which is exclusive to the Wii/PS2 version of the game.

(decided to make one of these on whim. LN was bit tricky because I couldnโt decide whether to choose Anime Lapis Lazuli Queen Penny or Arisun, but I eventually decided on the guy that appeared in episode 29. I also had trouble with Nazo and Dark Bat, since they kinda fit both CE and LE, though I figured that Dark is a bit more chaotic while Nazo is more calculating.)
