I certainly got a slavic vibe from Potions coven head's name because of the whole -mir, but i didn't think it would actually lead me somewhere.

can't help but be annoyed that when some shit happens in russia, the tag got a bunch of 1k+ posts the next morning, but when russia commits war crimes in ukraine it's crickets, and, if we get lucky, some post gets traction in a week
Okay, so around 8pm Kyiv time Russian forces targeted second largest combined heat and power plant in Ukraine, Kharkiv's TEC-5, effectively causing power outage in at least 3-6 oblasts.

The red parts is were there was total power outage in the region and orange parts is where it was only in some places.
This left these places without any light, water (bc water pumps work on electricity), heat and close to no connection/internet.
And the attack caused a massive fire on TEC-5. One worker found dead, one is missing and one hospitalised with severe burns.
And a cherry on top: what russia decided to bomb while the power is out? Residential buildings.
Because of russia's humiliating losses on Kharkiv front, they decided to attack civilians.
Russia is a terrorist state.
