Is there a website or app that you could recommend for keeping track of my movies and ratings?
I use two. Letterboxd and IMDB
I use Letterboxd to add the movies I watch into a profile. And it keeps track of how many movies you have watched in a year. You can rate movies up to 5 stars. You can write your own review also follow others and read their reviews and see how they rated movies. One of my favorite things about this app is that if you add something to your watchlist, it is automatically removed when you add the movie to your diary as watched.
You can do some similar things on IMDB. You can rate it up to 10 stars and write reviews. I mostly only use it to read the triva of whatever movie it was I just watched and it is also good for finding out where you’ve seen an actor/actress in another movie and can’t remember the title.

I never try to knock another book because I feel people should read what they like but 50 Shades was a book I just could not understand. So many things taken straight from Twilight, British slang though it takes place in America, and the sex was never hot enough to forget the rest.
I am the same on that respect. I mean, in my book, anyone can read whatever they want, I don’t judge the person, I judge the book. And I’m judging the hell out of this book. Because it’s so bad. It’s so so bad. The sex is cringe-worthy, the writing is downright AWFUL, the characters are annoying as fuck, there’s nothing redeemable about it.
