who cooks normally? ivan is literally a cook so he does. kendall works a lot, so she basically lives off the cafe and delivery food until he makes her sit down and enjoy a homecooked meal.

how often do they fight?well the one time she got mad at him in canon, he was under a monster’s influence and behaving ridiculously lmao. although ivan is perfectly capable of being ridiculous all on his own, so i imagine if he ever gets too bad she shuts him down fast.

what do they do when they’re away from each other?listen kendall is a perfectly functional human being, unlike the rest of these disasters. ivan cooks a lot of food waiting for her to come home. she returns and is like oh my god why is the fridge literally bursting with food.

nicknames for each other?ivan doesn’t do nicknames because of the whole knight thing, as we know, so it’s “my lady” for him (although i looked up medieval terms of endearment and they’re pretty cute). kendall also does not do nicknames because she finds them obnoxious. and his name is two syllables.

who is more likely to pay for dinner?ivan tries because #chivalry, but we all know kendall is the one with actual money who knows how to use it.

who steals the covers at night?after they get comfortable sleeping together, it’s definitely ivan. also he has nightmares, so she kinda just lets him or gets another blanket for herself. 

what would they get each other for gifts?ivan would go to shelby for help so kendall would end up with lots of pretty jewelry and clothes that are proooobably more shelby’s style than hers. but she appreciates them nonetheless. and eventually he figures out he should get her nerdy stuff like books and notebooks and binders and stuff. and she gets him modern technological stuff like ipads and kindles because once he figures out how those work he’s obsessed. also anything knight-related she finds because he loves seeing what they think of medieval knights in the modern day.

who remembers things?kendall writes stuff down, but ivan probably remembers a lot more than her despite that. she’ll be looking through her phone calender and he’s like “didn’t you have that doctor’s appointment this afternoon” before she even finds it.

who cusses more?ivan would cuss in really old-fashioned medieval style that nobody really understands but trust him, he’s insulting you. kendall, of course, when pushed to the limit would do so in normal, modern-day style and ivan would goggle because she’s usually so professional.

who kissed who first?i’ve found in my writing it’s usually kendall and that’s because ivan is way too proper to do it without knowing for sure if she wants him to and also he’s used to, like, only kissing people you’re bethrothed to and she’s like oh my god just kiss me already.

who checks their daily horoscope? orion takes astrology Very Seriously, noah keeps trying to convince him that it’s fake but he generally fails because emma sides with orion and gia sides with emma

who sings louder in the car? jake sings the loudest and most off-key, mostly to annoy everyone else, but whenever they get him to shut up, it’s emma ‘cause she’s the best singer

who leaves the cap off the toothpaste? jake because he’s a mess and orion because he doesn’t understand toothpaste

who is more up to date in pop culture? gia, though she denies it, but she knows all the celebrity drama.

who insists on going to see the newest movies? orion falls in love with movies and wants to see EVERY SINGLE ONE EVER he ends up dragging whoever is free and doesn’t hate whatever genre the movie is too much

who cries when the abused animal commercials come on? emma, mostly, but they all have their emotional threshold. troy definitely cries. jake pretends not to. noah and gia are smart and just turn off the channel. orion is generally confused about how tv works.

who’s the lighter sleeper? orion has the most nightmares, so probably him. also gia.

who believes in ghosts? none of them, really? i mean, troy has his dreams, so they know the extent of freaky magical stuff as it exists in their world.

who does the grocery shopping? noah because he won’t get distracted with other stuff as much as the rest of them.
