VerKat/DanKat vid. To an '80s classic. Because I'm old and the '80s were my decade of influential music. And it's a rad song I've had in my vidding arsenal for literally 20 years and finally have an excuse the chance to use it!

I do wonder if my song choices are putting people off from watching/commenting or if people are just slow to watch/comment for other reasons? The games are old, it's not their character/pairing, I'm just a lousy vidder, my style is too out-of-date/off-putting, something else? 🤷‍♀️

Honestly, I'm not going to change. Yeah, it would be cool if people watched and maybe said, "Hey, that was fun!" but I literally cannot stop vidding. I've lost that same overwhelming drive to write but, holy guacamole, man, vidding won't leave me alone. I neeeeeeed to still make vids and, when a song fits for me, it fits. It doesn't matter if it's old, not popular, out of style, not a current hit, by a band that's clowned on a lot, whatever. If I fits, I sits!

I just finished the reboot and had a lot of fun! While not the OG characters, there was still a lot I enjoyed about them, particularly Kat and her relationship with Dante and what I was ~hoping~ would be her relationship with Vergil. (Yeah, well, Vergil's gonna Vergil, right? 🤷‍♀️😂😉)

Dan stood in the doorway as she, with half closed eyes, studied him and the guitar his arms. He had let it slip he played, and she demanded to hear it. He obliged.
