I weighed myself again which was a mistake. I’ve asked my hubs to hide the scale from me so I can’t use it. It was important that I found a way to feel cute today and I did! Coming up with new outfits through the capsule wardrobe system really has helped even as my body is changing.
and i started a new outfit project called a capsule wardrobe! the idea is to be more minimalist and have less clothing that all matches that you wear more often. i may post some outfits here bc fuck facebook and this is more of a self care journal than anything else and it does make me feel much better about my body :)
