AZ Cop Claims it Would be “Unfair” to Show Jury Body Cam Footage 

Former Arizona, police officer Philip Brailsford was found not guilty of murder and manslaughter in the shooting of 26-year-old Daniel Shaver.

The prosecutors office and cop’s attorney appealed to have the body cam footage sealed and inaccessible.

Philip Brailsford, the cop who killed Shaver while he was crawling on his hands and knees sobbing in terror for his life, gets $31,000 tax-free retirement pension every year for “PTSD he suffered from shooting Shaver” and $3million set aside to cover all lawsuit charges against him. They acquitted him of all murder charges, let him retire early, and “thanked him for his service to the community”.

By the way, the cop who shot Shaver did so with an AR-15 rifle with “You’re fucked” custom-inscribed on the gun!

And the gun’s inscription wasn’t allowed to be submitted as “evidence” because “the judge ruled it to be prejudicial” to include it in the legal case!

Shaver was a law-abiding citizen who died for showing a friend of his a pest-control pellet gun used to shoot birds that get inside grocery stores. He did not have that gun anywhere on his persons when he was shot.

He had no violent criminal history. 

He was unarmed and on the floor, and he was shot five times for trying to pull up his pants.
