No, you can’t use google+ or cloud to transfer your account. You need to get your transfer code which is in your settings.

I'm desperate. I try to put the link of the song to be played in flash player but I can not, I recorded the song. Copy the code's public dropbox link of the song and paste it where it says "value", but not working. Could you help me?
I'm really not clear on what you're asking exactly so here's what I did:
First of all go to sheepproductions.com/billy
Go to dropbox.com as well:
Once you go there download the dropbox software to your computer.
After the software is downloaded you should have a folder called dropbox on your computer and inside that folder there should be folders titled Photos and Public (I added stuff):
Now open up another folder where you have the song you want to play on your blog. Copy that file and paste it in the public folder in the dropbox folder.
Now right click the song in the public folder and click on "Copy Public Link"
Now go back to the sheepproductions and copy the url in the boxes provided, (you can add multiple songs)
Now click "generate code" and a code will show up
Copy and paste this code in the info box of your tumblr customization section.
