Well I guess it's good we aren't there than...my own inability to get sick aside...would prefer my wife and kid to not get that thanks...
Freya nodded slowly, the wince remaining on her face. She hated to be the one to inform him about the plague (it seems this was becoming a habit), but he had a right to know.
"I've eh ... I've sent some help."
Would he believe her if she told him it was a magic tree named Cedar?
Also -- she sent Talos.
He'd probably believe the tree over that ...
"I plan to go there when I can," she's been telling everyone this, but thus far, Freya remains in Falkreath.
FAQ:Name: Ashkhan Ilaba'andul-Sul Erra am'Ahemmusa-Urshilaku. (Erra to those close and Sul to those who are not).
Age: I was born on the 16th of Last Seed in year 381 of the Third Era and died on the 26th of Last Seed in year 430 of the Third Era. I was barely 49 at the time. I have been a Suulde (Revered Ancestor Ghost) for almost three hundred years, if I am getting my dates correct. You must understand, time works a little differently on the other side of the coil. I do not feel older than my half century, but I know I am. I do not know if that makes sense?
Background: If what I have been told about my birth is correct, I was likely born close to Khuul. I am assuming this is the same area of our Ashur-Dan camp. This would make sense, as this is at the edge of the Ilaba'andul Orda (My clan's homelands within the larger Urshilaku Ulus/Territory.) These lands straddle the West Gash and the Northern Ashlands though the borders are not so lined. We use landmarks and Sluude cairns to determine these things...
Anyway, I grew up in these lands with my siblings and a few cousins, moving with the seasons and following our guar herds. I was expected, at a young age to know how to both ride a guar and shoot from its back. I am from the Warrior class of the Urshilaku, and such martial training begins once we can walk. My father, Erishum, who was at the time Gulakhan to Ashkhan Ilaba'andul'Sul Senapul am'Urshilaku (his grandfather), had high expectations of his children, and expect myself and my siblings to excel in all forms of combat, both mounted and hand to hand. As such I have extensive training in a variety of weaponry, though I favour my bow.
I completed my first Harrowing at age fifteen, which is much earlier than usual, and received my blessing from Azura. *He points to the dotted pattern of scars that adorn his face.* I would receive my blessing from Moon and Star several years later, when I was accepted into the Shield Companions of the Incarnate, which is a position only held by the Urshilaku's most elite warriors and ties to our belief in the return of the Great Khan Indoril Nerevar Mora. *He points to the long split in his lip*.
It was around time of my first Harrowing, that a case of Blight ran through the Ulus, who had all gathered by the old Citadel of Kogoruhn for such a ceremony. I would lose most of my family aside from my older brother, Etana, my Great Aunt, the Urshilaku Wise woman, Nibani Maesa and my Great Uncle, Sul-Matuul, who would be named Ashkhan not long after.
Once the Sipittu (mourning period) was over, I was named heir to my Great Uncle. I suspect this was truly where the troubles began.
I was unable to fulfil my duties as Heir, namely marrying the daughter of the new Gulakhan and chose to depart my Tribe to keep the peace. I decided to join a warband out in the Grazelands that was made up mostly of members of the Zainab Ulus but had members of the other Ulus as well. I excelled here up until a few Erabenimsun decided to wrestle control of the band. I was... heavily opposed to how things were being run, and I disliked the way they went about conducting raids. Unfortunately, they would expose my ah... preferences to the rest of the warband, and I found myself needing to flee yet again.
I instead decided to try my luck in the settled people's towns. I started off as a Caravan Guard in Ald'ruhn before moving to Maar Gan and finding success as a general mercenary. I would garner a good reputation with the Redoran for how I handled cases of Blight within their egg mines. This eventually led to me garnering enough favour to buy a small property on the outskirts of Maar Gan.
During this time, I was thrown a contract by one of my old friends in Ald'ruhn to escort a Blade to the Urshilaku Ulus. It was a high-paying job and I did sometimes go home for short periods of time to visit my brother and his family. I did not yet know that that was the start of everything at the time, but it feels somewhat poignant.
I am sure most know of the Nerevarine and the Vvardenfell Crisis that he would put an end to. I stood by his side the whole time, as his advisor, his Gulakhan and most importantly, as his husband. Not even death will separate us.
Commonly Asked Questions:
How did you die? I was struck by one of Dagoth Uthol’s spells whilst defending @mechs-n-mazte during our final assault on Dagoth Ur. From what I understand, I died three days later from the burns.
Are you aware that Teldryn has remarried? Yes, I am quite aware that my Kiang has found happiness again. I am ecstatic, but it does not change what we have. I think that he deserves to feel happy again.
What do you think of the Last Dragonborn? I like her, she is a good balance for Teldryn. My Kiang needs balance. We get along well now that everything has been explained to her.
How are you blogging if you’re dead? Is that what this is called? I simply tapped into the magic Teldryn keeps using from across the coil. I sensed he was upset with something, so I thought I would see what was happening, since I cannot just take his Deep Elf device as Sydari does.
How are you speaking if you’re dead? You do not speak to many of the Velothi, do you?
If you must know, I am what’s known as a Suulde, or “Ancestor Ghost.”
Why do you speak like that? Like what?
Can I ask you about the Nerevarine? Sure, but you’re better off just asking him.
He doesn’t answer
Was the question about the Vvardenfell Crisis? He doesn’t like talking about that.
Did you kill XYZ? Most likely.
Do you like being a Saint in the Reformed Temple? I am confused by a lot of their requests, but I appreciate the courtesy.
How can you be Ashkhan of one tribe and Gulakhan of another one? This only happened once we created our Ashkhanate. I was Gulakhan on the Nerevarine’s Council; all four Ashkhans served in this position. It is expected under such conditions. Teldryn was only named Urshilaku Ashkhan after the death of my Great Uncle after Red Year. It was not a conflict of interest, as I have heard some detractors say.
Can I ask you about Ashlanders? Please do, so long as it is respectful.
This is a pov blog dedicated to my Ashlander OC, Erra and is intended to be an accompaniment to my Nerevarine’s blog @mechs-n-mazte. My main, as I'm sure you've already figured, is @changelingsandothernonsense. I'm mostly intending to drabble from his pov and to post art that's related (probably reblogging from my main). Asks are encouraged.
Please note: This is a Morrowind OC pov blog.
Main tags are Erra!posting Erra!reblogs and art of Erra.

Happy Birthday!<333
@changelingsandothernonsense
I couldn’t wait to share this with you – i’m one impatient fella… Just a little something as a present:3
Referencing my previous ask about Josh and your answers… I really wanted to draw his dating profile lol
He probably got too drunk at the Retching Netch resulting in this action (and accidentally exposing himself) – he also most likely deleted it within an hour after realisation though.
Also just the drunken profile pic from the Retching Netch (Geldis is embarrassed) :
He had taken the name that warrior had given him too, Yeshua the Silent. Something he had given Teldryn in jest, but he didn’t mind it. When Teldryn had asked him why he chose that name, writing his queries in the sand as he was coming out of his skooma withdrawal the old warrior just shrugged and told him it was ‘the first name that popped into his head.’ When he asked him why not a Dunmeri name? He said that Teldryn was the first one he’d ever met. So naturally, he didn’t know any Dunmeri names.
