She chides in his face, gloating over a win she did not deserve and he has the right mind to tell her so, a satisfying clack of teeth from the snap of her words: "Are you stupid or brainless? Duckpaw’s test, then Duck, into BoarClan was eventful in many rights, in part as a further severance between disgruntled clan members.

The clan is up in arms with one another after Erminewish’s decisions that beckoned a Patron. This did not bode well for young Dandelionpaw who had been making quick work of the outsider, displaying his skill with the couple moons of training he had thus far; the cleric’s “interference” was cheating, yet Tamarackstar would hear nothing of it, instead ushering the outsider into BoarClan’s ranks.

Winter (or as they'd call it, leaf-bare) continues to rage, as the hard times that Storklily prophecized rear their ugly head. Cats of all clans, but more specifically Wolfclan, have been forced to stay in their camp and dens more often, with heavy snowdrifts and bone-chilling cold making hunting and patrolling difficult. Still, the clan does their best.

Cherrykit is made an apprentice, after 4 moons of living in Wolfclan. Her mentor, Stormstar, hopes to help her find her place in the clan.

Alderdapple and Cowpetal become mates, the third pair in the clan's history. Could there be kits in the future? Who knows...

Cats try to make the best of things, spending time with their friends and families, and bonding over shared hardships. Perhaps love could bloom for some of them soon...

Storklily, the clan's medicine cat, falls from a tree while climbing for some juniper, and shivers for a long while afterwards. Hopefully her apprentice can help her get back to normal.

With one more moon of cold, anything could happen to these brave cats. We'll just have to wait and see...
