So, my arabesques were dropping. I could no longer developpe devant beyond 90 degrees. My porte de bras were getting stiffer and stiffer. Turns out, I have a fractured spine and an issue with a disc. Fun times! This is my story (very briefly). This video will hopefully give some context to the future “getting back into ballet” routine videos I will be posting in the coming months and into the new year.
