hello Tumblr. I was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. I have a lot of overdue assignments. I need evil ADHD study advice. pomodoro does not work for me. I physically cannot lock in for multiple hours straight. any advice is appreciated

Today was pretty good! I performed the closing show of the dance concert, despite having mildly injured my back earlier in the week. Don't know why this is the second time I've gotten injured during tech week, but I don't like this trend.
Things I accomplished:
Performed dance concert!
Ran into friends when getting dinner and joined them to the library
Did readings for media class
Planned out graphic design project for media class
Caught up on the journal entries I was supposed to do this past week for improv
Read my book
art school brance ^_^

It’s been a year since I chose “step into the daylight and let it go” as the quote for my grad cap. I thought it was just a quote from a magazine article. For me, it was about finally earning my degree and leaving the school after how bad my anxiety got there. I was ready to get out and start a new life. Little did I know, this was a lyric from the song “Daylight” on Lover. I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard Taylor sing those words to me through my headphones in my NYC hotel room. This quote now means more to me than I could ever imagine 🦋💗 thanks for helping me learn to grow and move on @taylorswift ☺️
