based on the pale white/silver/gold hair, very pale skin, and purple eyes, it seems like that is describing an albino person exactly. this would contribute to them looking otherworldly as well- instead of looking like normal blonde people, they have very pale eyes and white eyelashes and brows in addition to the hair, features that are very rare. hell this even works out in casting for shows and films, as these features are possible in any race of human.
