The pink sunglasses glowing in the neon lights were pushed up from the bridge of his nose to brush his hair back from his face, thought some unruly curls found their way loose easily enough. “Master! I do apologize for coming to greet you so late, I’ve had some... things I had to deal with first.” He spoke over the loud music, though not completely, needing an excuse to lean in towards the other, taking pleasure in their closeness. “Taking care of the DJ, harvesting her heart, then feeding my boss-- well, my other boss. No need to be jealous, he’s much less significant than you are, I promise. Cross my heart and hope to die.” Envy drew the little cross over the heart symbol on his top with a smirk that was more playful than it usually was, the electricity of the chaos he’d planned for the night charging him up already. “And let me just say--” He finally leaned back to take a good look at the other, having a somewhat difficult time to find the best word to describe them. “You look... formidable.”
