hello! normally, i don't have a base psd for the gifs i make, but figured i'd create a base psd for b99 (cause i'm basically adjusting everything similarly and it saves me time). it works on almost every scene! you can make any adjustments, add any texture or whatever you want.

strongly advise to adjust selective color>red if you want to adjust the skin tone to your liking (esp. for poc characters)
