Berserker siblings scene redraw : colored in version !
Adored being able to colour this in. Heathers clothing was bit tedious though, but it's fine.

The air in the Dragon's Edge clubhouse was thick with the scent of dried fish and the usual, lingering tang of dragon. Hiccup was meticulously mending a tear in Toothlessâs tail fin, the rhythmic snip-snip of shears and click-clack of needle against leather a familiar comfort. Dagur, meanwhile, was pacing, a nervous energy thrumming just beneath his boisterous exterior.
âHiccup,â Dagur began, his voice surprisingly subdued, âwe need to talk about Heatherâs village.â
Hiccup paused, glancing up. "Heatherâs village? Dagur, we have talked about Heatherâs village. You destroyed it. You killed her adoptive parents. Itâs⌠itâs why she almost killed you, remember?" He raised an eyebrow, a flicker of old frustration, and a deeper concern, crossing his features. Had Dagur finally found a way to forget that?
Dagur chuckled, a dry, almost self-deprecating sound. âOh, I thought I did too, Hiccup. For the longest time. Until, well, recently.â
Hiccup lowered his tools completely, his brow furrowing. "You thought you did? Dagur, what in Thor's name does that mean?â His voice tightened with a sudden, icy apprehension. Dagurâs âcasualâ could often be far more unsettling than his outright rage.
Dagur shrugged, running a hand through his wild red hair. His gaze drifted somewhere beyond Hiccup, to the distant horizon. âWell, you know how sometimes I⌠I sort of have these rage blackouts? Like, when I get really mad, or really over-the-top excited, things just⌠go fuzzy. I canât remember anything. Like a missing chunk of time.â He turned back to Hiccup, a slightly sheepish, almost innocent expression on his face that just made Hiccupâs stomach clench. âSo, when Heather accused me of destroying her village and killing her adoptive parents, I sort of⌠went along with it. It sounded exactly like something I woulddo back then, you know? And I couldnât remember anything to contradict it.â
Hiccup stared at him, his mouth agape, the needle and leather forgotten in his hands. He felt his jaw go slack, a cold dread seeping into his bones. His mind reeled, trying to process the sheer, mind-boggling absurdity of what Dagur had just said.
âSo⌠the reason youâve said you destroyed your sisterâs village, killed her adoptive parents, and caused her to almost kill you,â Hiccup articulated slowly, each word heavy with incredulity, âwas because she said you did, and you decided to go along with it, because it sounded like youwould do it and you couldnât remember otherwise?!â
Dagur winced slightly, rubbing his neck. âWell, when you put it like that, it sounds⌠a little mad, I suppose. But yes. Basically. Though, for the record,â he quickly added, holding up a hand, âthatâs not the truth for everything I did. Like, all those times I tried to kill you and your friends? Those were definitely me. Full consciousness. No blackouts involved. Like that time I tried to sic the Skrill on you and Toothless in the ice caves, right after I broke out of prison for the first time? Or that other time I tricked Johann into bringing those Smokebreaths to Berk with the Gronckle Iron? And then there was after I broke out of prison the second time and tried toââ
âDagur!â Hiccup roared, cutting him off before he could repeat his entire rap sheet, which, oddly, seemed shorter than Hiccup remembered it being, probably because Dagur was only listing the hits he fullyremembered. âDagur! Focus! Heatherâs village?!â
Dagur blinked, the manic energy temporarily subdued. âRight. Heatherâs village. Do you remember when Heather and I found out I was alive again? And when I told you guys I was being forced to help the Dragon Hunters because they had Shattermaster, and you all helped me free him?â
Hiccup hesitated, memories of that harrowing encounter resurfacing. The surprise of finding Dagur, the relief, the immediate distrust, and then the slow, painful rebuilding of their bond. âYes,â he said, cautiously. âI remember. What about it?â
âWhile I was stuck with them,â Dagur continued, his voice dropping, his eyes losing their usual frantic sparkle and becoming distant, âI overheard Krogan talking about something that happened in a village. He was talking to Viggo, trying to impress him, I guess. Viggo didnât sound too interested, just grunted a lot, but Krogan kept going on about some âloose ends.â He mentioned a village, a raid, something about a dragon rider escaping, and then just casually dropped a name: Windshear.â
Hiccupâs breath hitched. Windshear. Heatherâs Razorwhip. The pieces clicked into painful place.
âIt was a bit of a blur after that,â Dagur admitted, a flicker of the old rage, now colored with something else â hurt? â in his eyes. âI vaguely remember trying to choke Krogan. He was laughing, I think, about how easy it was, how the villagers didnât stand a chance. I just⌠snapped. It took Viggo and at least three other Dragon Hunters to get me off him. Viggo just looked annoyed, like it was a regular Tuesday for him. He told a couple of the others to âshackle the Berserkerâ and that âLoose cannonâ wasnât âworth the effort of a proper executionâ if he was just going to âdestroy himself on our equipmentâ.â
Hiccup just stared at Dagur. Of course, he would do that. This was Dagur they were talking about. The man who had once tried to impale him on a spike, then later took a poisoned dart for him. The man who had been the embodiment of chaos, now channeled that same fury into protecting the few people he truly cared about. The shift wasn't in the intensity of his reactions, but in their direction.
âSo⌠you found out the Dragon Hunters, Krogan specifically, destroyed Heatherâs village and killed her parents,â Hiccup finally managed, his voice barely a whisper. âAnd your first reaction was to try and murder Krogan.â
Dagur nodded, a grim set to his jaw. âWhat else was I supposed to do? Tell him I was disappointed? He deserved it. Still does.â
âNo, no, I get that,â Hiccup said, shaking his head slightly, a strange mix of horror and understanding on his face. âDagur, thatâs⌠thatâs a huge revelation. That changes everything. But⌠why didnât you tell Heather about this?â Hiccup pressed, his gaze piercing. âIn fact, why are you telling mefirst instead of her?â
Dagurâs shoulders slumped, an uncharacteristic vulnerability washing over his features. He looked away, fiddling with a loose thread on his tunic. âI⌠I donât know, Hiccup. I just⌠I couldnât. Every time I thought about it, my tongue felt like it was glued to the roof of my mouth. What am I supposed to say? âHey, sis, remember all that time you hated me and almost killed me for something I told you I did, but plot twist, I didnât actually do it because I had a brain fart and just went along with it, and actually it was a bunch of other guys, and also I almost choked the life out of one of them for youâ? It just sounds so⌠Dagur-esque, doesnât it?â
He finally met Hiccupâs gaze, a raw fear in his eyes Hiccup rarely saw. âWhat if she doesnât believe me? Or what if she doesbelieve me, but then she just⌠hates me even more for being so idiotic? For just⌠letting her believe it? For not even remembering? What if she thinks Iâm still just trying to mess with her head? Or what if she thinks Iâm completely insane?â He gestured wildly. âI mean, I am a little insane, but not that kind of insane, right?â
Hiccup slowly stood, walking over to Dagur. He clapped a hand on his shoulder, his expression a complicated mix of weary understanding and exasperation. âDagur,â he said softly, âyou are completely insane. But youâre also my brother. And Heatherâs. And just⌠wow. This is⌠a lot.â He squeezed Dagurâs shoulder. âWe need to tell her. But weâll figure out how. Together.â
He looked out the window, at the setting sun painting the sky in fiery hues. The weight of this revelation settled heavily on his shoulders. Dagur, the Mad Berserker, the one who had embraced villainy with such gusto, had been harboring a truth that could shatter Heatherâs world, and heâd been too afraid, too uncertain, to tell her. It seemed even the most chaotic among them still yearned for acceptance, and feared rejection, from the ones they loved. And now, Hiccup was caught right in the middle.
Opinions on Heather from httyd? Idk if youâve seen the series sorry
