Little phone drawing of Dagny. I don't think I show how actually powerful he is. He has a personal pocket dimension that he can draw from at any time. So he keeps a lot of guns. Since he can also absorb things into the pocket dimension at will, he's nearly bullet-proof. He just activates his ability and bullets disappear right before they hit him. Aaand then they can be shot back out of the pocket dimension at others.
If his powers are out of the picture, Dagny is also a skilled marksman and the kind of scrappy, backwoods brawler who also has incredibly sharp teeth if it were to come down to it... which it sometimes does with his line of work.
The only thing keeping him from being incredibly dangerous is his fragile health and aversion to lethally injuring his opponents. (Not to say he won't kill... but just know that if he kills someone, they clearly missed their cue to end the drama before things got messy)
